I had been wanting to own this book for years, but had never gotten around to getting it. Then, my second semester of graduate school in the human sexuality program, this was actually a required text for one of my courses! I was so excited! This was absolutely the best sex-related "textbook" I have read so far. It is veeeery long, but well worth it.

If you are someone who has experimented a lot, this may not be the book for you although you may still learn a few things. I would recommend it for younger adults and those who have had few sex partners, especially since this is a general overview of a lot of different topics within sexuality and doesn't thoroughly cover any one topic.

Covering sexual health, anatomy, relationship advice, history, some mechanics and political science, when shared with a friend, this is like freshman year of college in book form, at 1/1000 the cost.
