This was the first ever guide I had purchased. Penny Flame's guide is quite a catch! Typical with all the guides by Vivid ed, it has a living-room workshop feel to it, and a vast audience. The initial beginning is about Penny Flame, almost kind of giving her stock that she knows what she's doing, and experiences from men she has been on set with. I learned my basics about lube with this guide, and it reinforced to keep your nails trim for sex. As a massage therapist, I always keep my nails trim anyhow. We have the same cartoon-like anatomy picture, but the lecture is an accurate portrayal of the clitoris and it's real anatomy. Another typical thing of the guides is there is a model that comes in for hands-on demonstration. Penny emphasizes communication, finding out each others likes, and working your way up.

The next model is male, and I learned a LOT of tricks here. While Penny opts to spit to lubricate the shaft (not really my style), Penny does a great job demonstrating in detail the different ways to please the penis.
