I received a copy of Secret Sex Positions by Kenneth Ray Stubbs Ph.D as a prize at a bachelorette party I went to a few weeks ago and my husband and I are very impressed with this book. We have other books by Kenneth Ray Stubbs and Secret Garden Publishing and we really enjoy all of them. The only thing I would change about the book is the cover. I personally prefer hard back books and this is a paper back.

This book is very well written and the illustrations are breathtaking, but not like you are reading a porno! Secret Sex Positions is written on the foundation of the fact that sex is holy, sexual energy is sacred, sex is healing, and we should all celebrate it! The pages are filled with secret sex positions based on ancient technologies for the modern couple! Not only do you get pages filled with great sex positions, but they also included quotes from other couples about the sexual positions you will be trying from this book and the history behind the positions.

Some of the positions almost feel like a workout (don't worry, an enjoyable one!) because they promote flexibility. It is almost like doing yoga but it is one of those things where you are getting the benefits of working out but you do not know you are working out! The positions, however, are not difficult to do or uncomfortable.

Overall, the entire book was very enjoyable as well as very informative. It helps a lot to hear reviews from real couples on how they liked the positions and tips and tricks from them on how to make them work a little better. I definitely recommend this book and I am so glad I went to that bachelorette party because it ended up improving my sex life!
