The front cover of the DVD shows a close up of Nina with the title and a message at the bottom, which asks "Are you ready for the next step?" Well, are you? The back cover also shows Nina, but this time she is shown laying back on a couch in a thong and she is covering her breasts. There are two screen shots from the DVD, along with a little information about the feature. The back cover says that this was produced back in April of 1998, and it kinda shows.

Disk Menu
The menu has three different options, which are Play Feature, Chapters, and Biography. The biography has a short one page description about Nina and her growing up. It appears that this was made as a VCR tape, and was adapted into a DVD.

Main Feature
When you click play feature, the feature starts and goes into credits with light music and female and male body parts being shown in the background. After this, Nina is talking to us along with three men and two women sitting in front of her, and the women are receiving back massages. After she introduces everyone, whom happen to only be wearing button down shirts, she starts the instruction with anatomy terms. Nina first discusses the male anatomy, and she has a realistic dildo which she uses. She touches on all parts of the male anatomy, even discussing the difference between a circumcised and uncircumcised penis. The head, shaft, scrotum, corona or ridge, perineum, and urethra are all mentioned.

Next up is the female anatomy, in which she uses a wonderful prop. It is not an actual vagina. It is not even a realistic vagina, but a rather large puppet vagina. It is large enough to easily be seen on my laptop computer. She discusses the outer lips, inner lips, clitoral hood, lid, shaft, vestibule, urethra, the vaginal opening, and finally, the g-spot.

After this, she asks for a volunteer for male genital massage to be given by none other that the great Nina Hartley. She starts by telling you how to get a non-erect penis to become erect, showing you a few different ways to play, and even emphasizing for the male to tell your partner if it hurts, because communication is very important. While she is working on getting her volunteer erect, she eventually touches on kegels, or exercising your PC muscles. She tells you what the PC muscle is and what it does, and how having a strong PC muscle can make sex and orgasms much more enjoyable.

After this, her volunteer jumps down and she picks up her puppet to show female genital massage. After getting a female volunteer up on the small stage, she places the puppet in front of her vagina, and makes a very important first point. A dry finger inside of a dry hole is not pleasurable. So instead of just jumping right into insertion, she tells and shows you to first massage the outer and inner lips, and different techniques to do this. And by doing this, the females insides will also become erect, and her vagina will become engorged with blood.

Nina now switches to the other female volunteer, and she demonstrates the techniques she just talked about on an actual vagina. It is nice to see the techniques demonstrated on a life sized version, and it is much easier to understand what she is talking about. After a few minutes of this, Nina then switches volunteers again and has one of the men come up behind her. This time she shows how your partner can stimulate the vagina from behind, and how it can be done by having either partner doing the moving.

Now a man comes back up with a female partner, and she demonstrates licking the mans package. During this time, Nina is talking next to the couple and emphasizing how important it is to look into the man's eyes while licking his package. After a switch of the male, the play continues on a non-erect penis.

Next up is some discussion about safe play. Nina first talks about using a barrier for cunnilingus, which turns out to be Saran wrap, and using lube at the same time. Nina then shows one of her female volunteers being licked through the Saran wrap, and during this time, the group seems to be paying less attention to the demonstrations and more to their own pleasure.

The final part of the main feature is one penis in two mouths. During this lovely demonstration, I couldn't help but think it would be nice to do this with my wife and a Fleshlight. This is followed by G-spot message. Nina demonstrates this on one of the females and uses a glove for safety. She talks about the difference between thrusting with a penis and probing the g-spot with your fingers.

As a wrap up of the main feature, Nina quickly goes over what she covered, and emphasizes that what she talked about today was only guidelines. Your partner might like something better than others or will react differently than others. What is important is mutual pleasure. After this, the final part of this DVD is an orgy between the six of them, with Nina as the main attraction. At first it starts with the five other people focusing all their attention on Nina, before they start playing with each other. There was some analingus involved, along with plenty of oral sex and PIV sex with condoms. There was plenty of realistic moaning, but nothing too overbearing, along with some music in the background. Towards the end, the three women were lying on the bed with their heads in the center, receiving cunnilingus. At one point, all three men get up and rotate to the next woman. And just like other porn, the end of the orgy is a cum shot on either the breasts or stomach of the women. The orgy lasted 30 minutes, with the main feature lasting around 55 minutes.

Even though this film isn't that new, Nina still provides some great information in this DVD. My wife and I enjoyed watching it, and I think we have watched it together twice, and I watched it again for this review. A variety of assistants, a nice pace to the movie, and a lot of demonstration made this a good watch. It is still in our collection.
