This is what I would call an amateur movie because of the way the Marie acted during the interview. Jack seemed to be more professional when it comes to talking in front of a camera.

I was not sure what to expect when I watched Marie and Jack: A Hardcore Love Story|Marie and Jack: A Hardcore Love Story. The movie starts with Marie and Jackie discussing their relationship. Then while they are talking suddenly an image flashes of them having sex. That happens throughout the movie.
It is obvious that they are not porn stars. This I could barely understand what Marie was saying. I could understand Jack better than Marie, to me Jack seemed more professional about talking in front of a camera than Marie. Later on in the movie while Jack and Marie are talking you can hear the sounds Marie made while they were having sex. I found that to be very annoying hearing her moaning sounds from the sex scenes while Marie and Jack were talking. I don't understand the point of hearing the moaning noises while they were talking about their sex life.
I found Marie very annoying during the sex scenes. I don't understand the point of her wearing a necklace while having sex. Out of all of the porn movies I have watched I have never seen one woman wear a necklace. I am a woman and I for one don't wear necklaces when I am having sex with my husband.
My husband and I watched this DVD together. He loves to watch porn movies but this one he doesn't like. In fact it grossed him out especially when we saw Marie's clit ring.
I found the entire movie to be an amateur movie. The sex scenes where very boring so were the interview scenes. I was proud when this DVD was over. This is one porn film that did not arouse me or my husband. If you are wanting a porn film to watch to get you aroused then this is not the DVD.

By the way, I don't see why Marie wearing a necklace could annoy you so much. There are plenty of people out there who don't remove all their jewelry when they have sex.
Epiphora made some good points about the style of this film- not your typical porn, but some people prefer this.
Just approach with eyes open so you're not thrown off by the different style.
A necklace? Bothered you? Are you kidding? Why in the world would that even be an issue?
Not sure what you were expecting from this film, but I think maybe your expectations got in the way of enjoying a truly unique and soulful film.
However, as many people mentioned, these films aren't supposed to be your average, mainstream porn. They're supposed to bring passion, erotica, love, and thoughts together.
While Marie is an adult performer (not 100% sure on Jack), they are not performing here. This is just them acting the way they do in real life.
And I wear necklaces all the time during sex. And earrings. Pretty much all types of jewelry other than rings; those can tear gloves when you're fucking people!
But yes, it isn't a mainstream adult film, and if that was what you're looking for, then I can see how you'd be disappointed.
Necklaces bothering you? Are you kidding? I've had sex many times with one on... Love the feeling of it being the only thing I'm wearing- black stones against pale skin for example. And a clit ring is hot.
