Married ... without Children.

Love and Marriage is a high quality movie with a bit of a low quality plot trying to string the scenes together. Whilst the sex has an overpowering vanilla flavour it is still enjoyable. It also features many of the stars that those who participate in Eden's Porn Club have come to know and love.

Love and Marriage is a tale that follows the life and therapy sessions of the main charachter played by Kayden Kross. She is Married to Scott whom she describes to her therapist as being perfect in every way possible, yet she simply isn't happy or satisfied with the relationship. Through discussion with her therapist she starts to understand the way she feels better and learns more about herself, all whilst the audience gets to learn that her husband isn't quite so perfect after all.

Eventually she decides that divorce is the only way forward for her and after informing her soon to be ex-husband she falls into the arms of her therapist.

It's a little clunky and chunky in parts and the anorexically thin plot doesn't always flow well. In parts it has some major holes in it but it does try hard to bridge the gap between hardcore, sex only porn and the type you can sit down and enjoy like a regular movie. Most of the scenes follow the tried and true recipe of oral sex, vaginal sex and cum shot but there are a few enticing hot spots you can loose yourself in. Out of the 4 seperate sex scenes there are two threesomes - one of each variety (MFM & FMF) both of which remain quite tame and don't feature any DP as one might expect from a MFM scene.

It was enjoyable enough to watch but I can't imagine it being on high rotation within my porn collection despite my love of Kayden and Manuel.

Actors

Kayden Kross plays the main character in this movie who, like most of the 'characters' has the same first name as the person portrayiong them. Her Husband is portayed by Scott Nails and her Therapist the well endowed Manuel Fererra.
Mick Blue plays Sean who works with Scott whilst Jessie Andrews and Breanne Benson are Scott's employee's employees. Tommy Gunn and Lisa Ann play a fellow married couple who host a dinner party to which Scott and Kayden were invited.
    • Good acting / chemistry
    • Good presentation

DVD Features

Love & Marriage comes in a 2 disc DVD + Blu Ray combo pack with one disc for each type of player. There is also no region encoding so no matter where in the world you are, no matter which type of player you have you can rest assured that Love and Marriage will be playable for you.

The dual disc set has Bonus Features that include: Slideshows, Galleries and trailers for upcoming Digital Playground releases. There is a chapter index so you can skip to your favourite scene along with a behind the scenes featurette.

The packaging is the new blue ray style box made of blue plastic and it's slightly smaller than a dvd case. The cover features Kayden wearing a red bra and G string that is collaged with some screen shots from the movie. The back cover features further screenshots of the female stars clothed naked and mid action. It isn't the kind of movie you can just leave lying anywhere as the fact that it is porn is easily identified.

Personal comments

Scene #1 Mick Blue, Breanne Benson and Scott Nails

As part of a birthday surprise Scott has organised something extra special for Sean (Mick Blue) in the form of beautiful, blonde Breanne. The trio enter a quiet office space where Sean starts to receive head from the girl whilst Scott sits back and watches. Before too long he too wants in on the action and has his manhood deep down her throat. The pair then technically enter into a threesome with her - although technically I's say they tag teamed her as all 3 parties weren't all a part of the action simultaeneously. This at times left the unattended male quite literally with his dick in his hand. The scene is ended when both guys give her a facial in quick succession.

Scene #2 Tommy Gunn and Lisa Anne

Whilst Scott and Kayden are at a dinner party and wishing they were somewhere else, preferably without one another, the hosts of the party get cooking in the kitchen rather than serving up pie to their guests. It's a slower, slightly more erotic scene to begin with that even features some whipped cream. Sadly though it does still stick to the 'recipe' with only a few minor alterations thrown in to spice things up.

Scene #3 Kayden Kross and Scott Nails

Despite being very unhappy and telling her husband exactly that the pair do get down and dirty at their apartment. It becomes quite obvious that she wasn't lying to her therapist aout how great her sex life is, nor that her hubby has a big cock. They have chemistry and the scene works well within itself, it's just that it doesn't really fit with the flow of the plot. It does however end with Kayden having some new clarity about how she feels - oh and a face covered in cum!

Scene #4 Scott Nails with Jesse Andrews and Breanne Benson

Naughty boy Scott is up to the office hyjinx yet again, this time with two female partners. I just knew there was no such thing as a 100% perfect man. Again it is a little bit as expected and featured a minimal amount of interaction between the girls. I thought it was an ok but average scene but I think being spoilt for choice is making me a bit jaded when it comes to reviewing porn.

Scene #5

They certainly save the best for last. After watching the chemistry between Kayden and her therapist grow throughout the movie we finally get to see the sparks fly. This scene is quite similar in content to the others, following what's become a predicatable formula, it even takes place in an office. Giving new meaning to what goes on whilst lying on the therapist's couch. Whilst it could easily blend into the background of the rest of this film their chemistry certainly does give it that extra something to make it memorable.. For me it was by far the stand out scene of the movie - but I must admit Im a big fan of both Kayden and Manuel.

Experience

Although it is very mainstream and Vanilla (I apologise for being so hard on it) the quality of the atual production is pretty high. Great costumes, fantastic lighting and an amazing cast. The most annoying thing though is that in between many of the scenes (both sex scenes and plot driven ones) the exterior shots are nothing less than Dodgy. They are so out of place in this film it isn't funny and the repetitive use of them I found to be quite annoying.
Follow-up commentary
In all honesty I haven't watched this movie again since writing the review. Although there is a plot and storyline I found that it lacked any flow, it was a bit forced akin to a square peg in a round hole.
