This book has become my favorite very quickly. There really is no other book that tackles both sex and the environment in one place, and it does it so eloquently. This is a book that I've been sharing with everyone I know. I even ordered a second copy to give to my mother!

A toxin-free life is also good for your health and your sex life. This is the message from the book that I could relate to the most. The ingredients in your cosmetics, food, hair care, sex toys, and even lubrication can wreak havoc on your reproductive health! Learning to check the labels and getting rid of harmful products from your life is the first step in living a truly eco-friendly lifestyle in and out of the bedroom.

This book also contains great mini-sections that give you helpful hints to make a difference immediately. Some are to find eco-friendly musicians, others are recipes (for food, body scrubs, and even massage oils), and still more shopping tips. Their presence in the book makes having a copy of it indispensable! Although it may seem self-help like at times, this book is in no way shaming those who choose not to live this lifestyle or are uninterested in major changes. It shows that the little things you do and the products you use have a major impact on EVERYTHING.

The book is broken up into the major parts. The first part is on Eco-Courtship and "How to Green the Dating Game". This includes subsections on regulations, cosmetics, foods, and gifts for the eco-sexual. The second part gets more into how "Eco-Sex is Healthy Sex". You will find everything you need to know in this section about eco-friendly contraception, sexual healing, and even orgasms (and how toxins impact them all!) The last section is on "Options for the Ecological Adventurer". This talks about being an eco-parent, greening your bedroom, and sex toys!

To truly make an impact as a person on the environment, you must make over every aspect of your life including the bedroom. Small changes make a big impact on the world and on you! I am so thankful that this book was written. It has really inspired me to keep changing!
