This toy was definitely designed
I was quite excited to have the opportunity to review a book of erotica for Eden Fantasys, and even more so when I found out that it was compiled by Rachel Kramer Bussell, one of the top editors in erotic fiction anthologies, as well as one of my personal favorites.
Most of the stories I read for my own (ahem!) gratification, though a few I read aloud to my partner as a deliciously new addition to our foreplay. There's nothing quite so fun as turning my partner on with only words, and I took great pleasure in watching him squirm and moan over the pages of this book. Later, we would have opportunity to act out some of the more tantalizing bits and make them our own.
The stories, all centered around the eroticization of spanking, ranged from innocuous fantasy to mid-range
BDSM fantasy. Each one shared solid characterizations and reasonably believable scenarios. This is a rare treat in a genre that tends to gorge itself on stereotypes and manufactured storylines, no doubt designed to keep things fresh.
Naughty Spanking Stories relies on solid writing technique to keep us turning pages long after orgasm. Arousing again and again with each turn of the page. Each author writes with a distinctive voice and each short story is carefully crafted for a slow, steady arousal. If the brain is our biggest sex organ, this book is like a dinner complete with oysters, chocolate and candlelight.
Though I found that the stories’ quality seemed to lag slightly toward the end, never have I encountered such high quality erotica collection. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to get my hands on volume 2.
Naughty Spanking Stories from A-Z is appropriate for those who love the feel of a good spanking and also for those who are intrigued with the idea and would like to explore it a little further.
I Stand corrected. Have at 'er! ;)
I made a book cover for my copy, so I could read it while I was at the park with my dog, or sitting in the local coffee shop, or whatever. Only problem was, none of those are very good places to get aroused.
Oooh...I may have to get a copy. I had my eye on #2 of the same book.
I love reading erotica in public; it feels so much naughtier to get incredibly turned on when sitting in the coffee shop, or on a bus :) Plus, it opens it up for conversation!
I've also had my eye on #2. Did you ever get to it?
