Not Your Typical Sex Ed

I thought this DVD was really great because it showed my husband and I new things to try and because it still had an educational vibe to it; I didn't feel like a horn ball saying "Let's watch this together!".

Once again I have decided to try out a DVD. This time I decided on an educational one so that maybe my husband and I could use what we have learned. Since I have been so desperate to try to find my G-spot, I am sure it doesn't come as a shock that I chose Tristan Taormino's Expert Guide to the G-spot.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Was it going to be a regular porn disguised as educational or was it going to be boring sex ed crap. It was neither. One part of the DVD is like an actual instructor giving lots of information on the G-spot and how to find it. She also discusses what may help improve G-spot stimulation. Then she has two females show you what she's talking about as she's saying it. The whole time they have an audience with people taking notes!! I thought it was hilarious how they look like they are taking notes for an exam or something. Then there are sections where they show you how to stimulate the G-spot, how to squirt, and then they have a section on strap-ons. Each of these sections has pop up bits of advice and tips. But you also have the option of just watching them, without the pop ups. Then at the very end, they talk to the cast which I like because then they don't just seem like porn stars. They just seem like people enjoying each other.

Just like in my last DVD review, I pointed out some flaws so this one isn't going to be any different. Going with the fact that they seemed like regular non-air brushed people, I have to point out the fact that one of the girl's fake breasts was rippling! I think that kind of stuff needs to be fixed! The last weird thing I saw was the one guy seemed really into lubing up the vibrator; keep in mind these are heterosexual couples that don't put things in their rear ends.

My favorite part about this DVD was the fact that it was educational but it wasn't like the boring stuff you learn in school. I also really liked the pop up tips they had while the couples were demonstrating. Another thing I liked was that they didn't do crazy positions that you have to be a gymnast to do. All the positions were completely doable for the average Joe.

I'm trying to imagine what a rippling fake breast looks like, and I just can't.
I think it's good that a guy was getting into lube, even if just for vaginal penetration. I would expect a Taormino film to have a better-than-average safety/educated approach.
Speaking of safety, did they show safe sex practices?

actually no, no condoms were worn. In the other DVD i reviewed they didn't show them putting them on or anything but you could obviously see it.
