"On Our Backs Guide to Lesbian Sex", while not comprehensive sexual education, still gives a personal look into the idea of learning how to be a lesbian. If you enjoyed their magazine, then you'd enjoy reading this book which is just a collection of articles from the magazine.
Overall, I loved most of the articles, and I think it is definitely worth buying and reading. It is a great title for any lesbian, transman, or bisexual woman, but I think that those who are interested in trying new fetishes and techniques will find it especially useful. I didn't agree with the ideas of all the authors, but all the articles came together to make a wonderful book.
It's great to read a book that gets right to the point, and is not full of extraneous superfluous information. I can't wait till they update this book (it's the first edition, it was published in 2004)
A great buy, especially for a beginner. Covers all the basics in an intelligent, well thought out manner. Has step by step instructions and many references for those looking for a bit more.
