One amazing scene makes the movie!Buy this movie for the acting ability of Kayden Kross and for the final scene of the movie. Both are well worth the cost of this movie. Those are the only reasons this gets 5 stars from me, but they deserve it.
Kayden Kross' acting and the last, mind blowing scene
The rest of the movie is predictable and just standard fare for straight porn
Love and Marriage is pretty much your standard fare when it comes to straight porn. Impossibly beautiful women and men who are hung like horses, doing it in every conceivable position and room. The saving grace to this one is first and foremost, the acting ability of Kayden Kross. This is not your standard bimbo porn star! Kayden is beautiful, intelligent and actually knows how to act. This alone makes her a rare and valuable commodity. Her scenes where she is simply talking to her therapist (Manuel Ferrara) about her unhappiness in her marriage is actually interesting and believable.
The main scenes in this movie were just boring to me. They are nothing unusual, and really fairly unbelievable. In one scene, two couples are having dinner together. At the end of the meal, the host and hostess excuse themselves to get the dessert, and end up having a very long sex scene in the kitchen. Okay, I thought to myself, first of all, just how far is this kitchen from the dining room? The couple waiting for dessert can't hear these two going at it like animals mere feet away?
There is one scene that is girl, girl, boy. The husband is having a threesome at his office. The problem with this scene is that one of the females is so obviously not interested in sex with the other female. She resists all attempts to get her downstairs for a munch that it is just laughable. My question? Why have her in a scene with another female if she is not in to it?
But this leads us to the last scene: Kayden goes to her therapist to tell him she has left her husband. The ensuing scene is actually the hottest sex scene I have ever seen in a straight porn movie. It is simply mind-blowing to see Kayden and Manuel together. The heat these two create will leave you breathless, sweating and simply exhausted just from watching it. They are so in to one another, nothing else seems to matter. It was just magical. And that last scene, for me anyway, made this movie. I would just fast forward through the rest of it (unless you want to see Kayden acting, it is wonderful) and go for that last scene. It certainly is one I will watch again, and that is saying a LOT coming from me.
