Safe Word - book discontinued by Cleis Press Inc. - review by Miss Jenn

I have to start this off by saying, I was waiting patiently to purchase this book, and when I finally got my hands on it, I could not put it down (even though it took me a while to actually pick it up!). It took me a while to pick it up because I feel that part one (Carries Story) was such a great book, and a fun adventure, that I don't know if I wanted to see her with her new owner. I wasn't sure if I wanted to find out what she chose to do a year later. I finally decided to just pick it up, and get it over with. Wow. The scenes in this book were hotter than the first book, and ended in a totally different way than I thought!

Safe Word is part two, or the continuation, of Carrie's Story. There is everything to read about in the book, from ponies, learning, as well as experiences that I could never imagine in my own day to day life. There was also scenes where the dominant one was a submissive, and just not expected. If only these books could be turned into movies - but not the porn that is out now, but something between a mainstream movie and a porn - but with out lacking in the sex scenes, would be a dream come true.

What can I say without giving the book away! She is living with her new owner, Mr. Constant, and is discovering a whole new side of herself. This book is just as great as the first one. This one is written differently, it is a year later, after her year of service. She has just cashed her check, and is off to meet Jonathon where he said he would meet her when her contract was up. They exchange stories, and have lots of sex. Not as sub and dom, but more like long lost lovers. Its a relationship that she is starting to like. Then the tables are turned down a road she is not too keen on. What happens next? Well, I am not going to give that up! Get the book and read it for yourself!
