As the author of eight best-selling titles and over 2 million books sold, Laura has certainly earned her right to be read. Her other titles include "101 Sexy Dares," "Passport to Pleasure," "101 Nights of Grrreat Sex," "101 Nights of Grrreat Romance," "101 Grrreat Quickies," "52 Invitations to Grrreat Sex," "The Great American Sex Diet," "237 Intimate Questions Every Woman Should Ask a Man." Even though this title was my first exposure to Laura Corn, I can definitely say it won't be my last. Her tone is warm, inviting, and sensual and her ideas are provocative, creative, and fun. I can't wait to buy more books by Laura.

This is not your traditional sex-help book. Excluding the introduction, it is impossible to read through the material since each page is sealed and only to be opened when planning a night of "grrreat sex." Once the invitation is opened, however, you begin to see the creative genius of this work. Each of the 52 invitations have been seductively written to instruct the reader on how to pull off a steamy night of creative sex. Using sexually charged language, the invitation details things such as where to touch your partner, what to say to your partner, and what to use with your partner to make your time together meaningful and creative. While any couple with a sex drive can benefit from this book, it is most suited to those in monogamous relationships. The invitations stir up the creative passions that can, in many cases, grow stagnant.

The book is attractively designed and conveniently sized. It fits nicely with the other helpful books that I have in my nightstand. Furthermore, the seductions are evenly divided throughout the book between male and female and can easily be torn out and utilized without making the book or the enclosed invitation look unsightly. The only draw back to the invitations that are to be given to the partner is they are generally too big to fit into a normal post card envelope. Of course, you can be creative or fold it several times; however, the invitation loses its ambiance when it has folds and creases all over it. I'm really impressed at the creativity and quality employed in designing such a practical book that will literally have its pages torn from its binding. The pages are high quality and thick. The spine holds up well even through frequent use.

Personally, my wife and I are always looking for ways to improve on our already pleasurable sex life. For just a few dollars, this book has given us advice that could realistically fuel our fantasies for one another for an entire year. The prospective reader has nothing to lose and everything to gain if he or she is looking to increase the sexual value of a committed relationship (or any other relationship for that matter).

"52 Invitations to Great Sex" has been a euphoric experience for me and my wife. We thought things were going well sexually before we got this book but little did we know how much of a rut we had fallen into. Laura presents these seductions in a way that sexually charge the inviter and the invited. The strongest feature of this book is that it can take a usually tame woman, like my wife, and transform her into a creative sex goddess. Up to this point in our marriage she had always been so reserved and passive when it came to intercourse but now she is brave, explorative, and, best of all, horny. Hearing this advice from another woman has helped her understand that sex is to be initiated and enjoyed by both sexes.

Being a little more sexually adventurous than my spouse, I was a little concerned that the ideas in this book would be boring and bland. While there is nothing extremely hard core in this book, the presentation and planning of the activities prescribed are so unique that they can tantalize the most ardent sensualist. The ideas in this book helped me remember that sex is firstly mental. While new products and more extreme sexual acts can be exciting, there is a unexplored world of pleasure for those who would be patient, thoughtful, and wise. Laura did a great job at showing me that.
