Position of the Day Playbook: Sex Every Day in Every Way is a fun little book that is similar in nature to those little daily flip calendars. Only instead of display an inspirational quote, a faith-based verse or a silly comic, this book depicts a specific position for every day of the year. On January 1st you get "Happy New Year!", which depicts the couple having sex as they are standing and embracing one another, with fireworks going off above, behind and around them. Flip through to February 14th, and you're presented with "The Hallmark Moment", which shows the couple sitting on the floor facing one another, with penetration accomplished by the man extending his legs around and above the woman's thighs, while her legs are positioned around and under the man's thighs.

But don't worry -- the fun, exciting and perhaps difficult positions (for those of us who are flexibility-challenged) aren't just reserved for special occasions. September 13th, for example, gives you "Leggo my Eggo", a complicated yet fun looking position that features the man laying back on a rocker or armless chair, with his legs extended in front of him; and the woman sitting on his lap, with her legs on either side of him, feet braced against the chair on either side of the man's torso, and her wrists held in his hands for leverage and balance.

Em and Lo, writers at Nerve.com, originally came up with unique and creative sexual positions with aptly and often humorous or ironic names for a "Daily" column on the website. But the response was both positive and explosive, and before they knew it they had not only their own positions, but ones that were submitted by readers of the site as well.

Position of the Day Playbook: Sex Every Day in Every Way is definitely a book worth picking up if you're looking to add some variety to your sex life. Even if you aren't able to accomplish some of the positions, or even stick with them long enough in order to have an orgasm (or two, if you're lucky!), they can certainly inspire you and your partner to try new things, and inject some humor and memories into your love and sex life.
