Kay Parker is one of North America's most well know porn stars, infamous for her role in the classic film “Taboo”. She began practicing yoga in the early 70s and wrote this book with California Exotics and several beautiful models in 1994.

The intro to this book starts out with a basic history of yoga and Tantra, the benefits of regular practice, recommended nutrition, mental prep and setting the mood.

Warm up and Foreplay is covered in the next session with Jon and Deidre who present several solo positions for stretching and strengthening movements as well as a few positions for kissing and foreplay.

Next we cover Shakti Asanas with models Ariel and Steve, who demonstrate several male passive, female dominant positions. Then we see Sharon and Jonathon demonstrating a series of Upavishta Asanas, which cover from behind, modified missionary and seated positions. Finally, Laurie and Mike demonstrate some advanced standing positions or Uttita Asanas!

In the final section of the book, Deidre and Jon again demonstrate a lengthy series of positions showing the flow of Kundalini energy during lovemaking. Starting in a few from behind positions, the couple transitions to man on top; and then demonstrates several 69 configurations and seated poses.

With a total of 85 full color high-gloss photos and detailed descriptions for each, this little book will be a bedside staple for a long time!

This soft cover book is designed with plenty of full-page photos in high gloss color. The book itself is well laid out with detailed descriptions of each position to go along with the photos. It's a simple stapled binding at only 64 pages, but well worth the price.
