The Boys Talked More Than the Girls in this Flick!

This movie was funny, in Bosom Buddies fashion! This must be what boys think girls do when we have sleepovers! Cute movie, but needs more kink to turn me on.

My husband and I had fun watching this movie. It was sexy and comical. The acting was great for the most part and the storyline is believable, in a "Bosom Buddies" kind of way. (I am dating myself I have a feeling.)
The music is interesting and made it seem like I was watching a cartoon sometimes - very "Pink Panther"-ish, adding to the comical feel of the film. Robby D does an excellent job behind the camera!

I love that Digital Playground packaged this movie in a DVD + Blu-Ray Combo Pack! You never have to worry about lending your porn if you have a back-up built right in!

Movie Summary:
Kayden Kross and Mick Blue are roommates. Mick is secretly in love with her; all the while, she is searching for Mr. Right. Kayden boots Mick and Scott Nails out of the house because her girlfriends are coming over for some "girl talk". The boys come up with a plan to find out what girls do all day without any men. They dress up as women (forgetting to shave, hence the "Bosom Buddies" reference, and join the girls for an afternoon of "chatting".

Scene 1:
The film opens with Kayden waking up to some "morning wood" (Tony Ribas) and not letting him go to waste. Kayden loves giving head, I am convinced! The scene is sensual, if not long (about 15 mins). Tony sneaks out of the house and Kayden joins Mick in the kitchen for some breakfast, she explains last night was "just a test drive" and that she is searching for the right guy.

Enter Scott Nails. The banter between Mick and Scott is really quite refreshing, when it comes to porn. The transition is great and the acting is phenomenal.

Mick is perfect as he stumbles nervously around Kayden. The two guys dressing up and trying to speak like women is funny because they thing think they are pulling it off! Although, Kayden doesn't notice that the two new girls are really men, but the other girls seem skeptical.

Scene 2:
Lily LaBeau tries on her lingerie for the girls just as the pizza boy (Manuel Ferrara) arrives. She has a plan to get the pizza for free! She poses at the stairs, but Manuel still doesn't get her drift. Eventually she just comes out and tells him to fuck her for the pizza - he does, but still wants his $22.50. Pretty funny. Manuel performs some cunnilingus, Lily sucks his cock, and he fucks her, but he still insists she pay for the now, cold pizza and he doesn't even offer her a discount. The scene is a tad long. I found it laughable that her friends didn't come looking for their pizza before it got cold.

Scene 3:
Sara Stone and Charles (not sure what his story is -- character development needed) sneak off to a bedroom and begin their session. She sucks, he fucks, she fucks, and so on and so on. The scene finally gets good when he takes her from behind and pulls her hair a bit and spanks her butt. The squeaky springs in the mattress nearly overtake Sara's moans and groans at one point. We wondered if the microphone had somehow fallen under the bed. Again, the scene could have ended a lot sooner and we both felt like Sara was thinking the same thing too.

Scene 4:
Loni Evans is on to Scott (the fact that he is male). She has been eying him all afternoon. She scoots close to him on the sofa, they exchange a few words and sneak off. Kayden comes back to the living room after grabbing a snack from the kitchen and everyone is gone. She goes looking for Loni and Scott. She catches Scott with Loni, bent over doggie-style, in bathroom. We had to mute her incessant whimpering and groaning (there must have been serious audio issues when it came to my disc because the moans are way louder than the rest of the movie - we crank it up to hear the dialog and then the moans and groans are ear piercing and we have to turn it down again, frustrating when you are trying to enjoy yourself). Scott ends the scene by giving Loni a facial and nearly a shampoo job as well.

The jig is up. Kayden knows and Mick is feeling slightly humiliated that he stooped to this level and that she caught him in the act. He pours out his heart to her and she is enamored by the gesture.

Scene 5:
Kayden awards Mick's hard work to get to know her better. They have sex on a leather couch which must have been lined with bubble-wrap. Anytime they move on the couch, the popping of the leather overtakes the entire scene - once again, we had to find the mute button.

The movie ends abruptly, with a cum shot to the face.

The sex is pretty straightforward, no kink really. The sex scenes went on a little too long for my liking, but the transitions were great. I love the character development in this film because it helped me stay interested and helped the storyline move along and be more believable. Nice job on this one DP! Wish there were a few anal scenes though, at least one. The movie was cute, but it really didn't get us aroused. At least we didn't fall asleep in this one like we did in Love and Marriage.

I love Kayden's lingerie! I wish they would say in the credits where the lingerie comes from.

I do recommend watching the Trailers and the Behind the Scenes sections. The BTS is quite funny and interesting. It gives you an idea of what it was like to be on the set and what goes on in the actors heads during their scenes. The trailers are good too. I can't wait to see Body Heat and Fly Girls!
Follow-up commentary
My husband and I have bypassed this movie on many occasions. Due to its predictable sex and lack of kink, this movie has quickly moved to the bottom of our movie stash. I am currently looking to send it off to a better home!

@leatherlover, this movie was good, way better than Love and Marriage, in my opinion. Overall, not a bad flick.

Great review! Loved your comment about the leather couch sounding like it was lined in bubble wrap. I never understood why so many adult films insist on using noisy couches. Not ALL leather couches make that kind of noise!

@ Selective Sensualist, thank you for your comment. Yes, it sounded like my kid was right outside my bedroom door, popping all the leftover packing material from Christmas, for a minute. Quite funny really.

Thanks Viktor. This review was really hard for me to write because I felt the sex was much the same as Love and Marriage. It didn't help the the cast was much the same too. None the less, Girl Talk was at least funny and way better IMO, than Love and Marriage.
