Pocket Kama Sutra by DK ADULT - review by Kinky Skier

The Pocket Kama Sutra book is a great guide with informative images to introduce you and your partner to the world of Kama Sutra. It was a spontaneous buy for my wife and I while in college, and it made for some fun evenings. It is a simple read, easy to follow, and is written with the pretense you are a man and a woman. The imagery is nice, without being too porn-ish, including the same man and woman throughout the book. I guess you could call it soft core imagery, or even textbook nude, with more pubes and nipple involved. The image style made my wife and I feel very comfortable while learning the ins and outs (ooh la la!) of the Kama Sutra style. The topics also range from massage and touch, to kissing, foreplay, and erogenous zones. The main topic though is positions and boy does it have sex positions!

One of my favorite aspects of this book is that it is nightstand friendly. The size not only makes it an easy traveler, but also allows it to easily fit into a nightstand drawer or on the bed next to you as you practice without getting in the way. This seems silly, but in the end became quite handy (we even took it into the car with us once).

Overall, this is a good read for anyone interested in Kama Sutra without getting too into the history, but also without getting into graphic photos. Sure the models are naked, but in a nice, informative way.

I would suggest this book to any couple interested in learning new positions, finding new ways to make each other feel really special during sex, and finding new ways to touch and be touched. It was definitely a great purchase for us.

this is a very informative book. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to learn more about the act of tantric love, this is a good start.
