The V Book is one of the best things for anyone that was born female. It's a very intelligent break down of how the female body works and how to keep it healthy though out a lifetime.

The V book is an exhaustive tome of vulvovaginal knowledge. That may not sound fun, but the easygoing tone and clear language makes it easy to digest. If you have a vulva, and aren't a gynecologist, this would probably be helpful to you. Read it all through to become V savvy, or have it on hand for reference--either way, as the cover says, "your private parts shouldn't be private to you."

This is a great reference book to learn all about vaginal health and would be an excellent learning tool for adolescent girls.
