I wouldn't buy this book again. You can find anything in it online and generally with more attractive models. If you're looking for acrobatics and sensual pictures, look somewhere else.

For a book with the title "Kama Sutra", this is extremely tame: most of the positions and tips are just a couple of steps above missionary (about on level with doggy-style). I'm so glad I bought it during a sale!
Pictures are detailed, and the steps taken to achieve the positions mentioned in the book are extremely detailed. The pictures are not, however, very lewd. Picture-wise, Pocket Kama Sutra rates just a little above a middle school Health textbook. If you're turned on by doctor/nurse fantasies, it may be your thing.
The size description of the book is very apt: while it may not fit well in an average sized pocket, it wouldn't be too far off. It could easily be slid into a purse, back pocket, or toiletry kit. About the size of a Gameboy SP.
The hardback format makes it more durable than many Kama Sutra books (which seem to go for thinness over durability), but also means it's hard to keep open if you're trying to peek while you're going at it with your partner.
The only challenging part about the positions in this book are some of the standing ones, which require the supporting partner to have some strength to hold up the other partner. None of the positions, in my opinion, required much flexibility but others may disagree.
Overall, this would be a fun present to give for a bachelor's or bachelorette's party, but any person who has an adventurous sex life will likely feel it falls short. As another interviewer said: your priest probably even has a copy knocking around somewhere.
Save your money. Buy it at a used book store or a yard sale. If you really want to pay full price for something, get a real Kama Sutra with sexy pictures and more positions to try.

This item currently sits at the bottom of my sock drawer, where it has been for several months now. Why keep out a sex book when you know all the positions?

Yesterday I was shopping at Borders in Union Square S.F., and I found in the bargain aisle THE GOOD SEX BIBLE in hardback for 7 dollars (what a steal). So If you live near a Borders store look for that book. It's an interesting read so far, its like 3 inches thick & filled with great pics.
