Magic Wand Original - large wand massager by Vibratex - review by Oriens Angelic

After eyeing this product since my early teens and being entirely unable to order it, my significant other and I purchased the Hitachi Magic Wand just recently. We have not owned it for an extended period, but just within the first several days we've owned it, it's been put to very good use for a multitude of times.

Foremost, this toy is very large- roughly the length of my forearm; and yes, it is loud. Not as loud as I expected it to be based upon many reviews here, but loud enough to hear it through the door and certainly through thin walls. We've intentionally chosen to use it when we are the only ones at home, but if you were to use it across your home or on a separate floor, the sound should not carry. The screaming it may cause is a different matter entirely- we've had to employ the pillow-muffle technique ourselves.

The Hitachi Magic Wand is also easy to clean with simple toy wipes and very easy to store when used with the box it was delivered in- however, the box itself is not discreet and you may wish to utilize a large 'toy chest' if you're afraid of it being discovered. With the reputation this notorious toy has, should it be found by prying eyes, I'd assume them to know exactly what it is!

For myself, who is quite sensitive to vibration and I do not enjoy penetration, the Hitachi does the trick. The vibrations are deep and rumbling, and although the area it stimulates is not precise due to the large head, I did not find it to be overwhelming as long as it was not placed directly atop my clitoris. A good one or two minutes on the 'low' setting and I was done for the next hour due to having become a bit numb.

For my partner, of whom is not very fond of vibrators and prefers penetration almost exclusively, this is the first vibrator that I have seen her adore. I'm writing this a mere half-hour after having used it on her for the first time, and it led to both screaming and very wet results. I counted four climaxes in a mere 10-minute session, having placed the toy directly upon her clitoris itself. Some of that time was spent with her demanding a short break in stimulation due to the strength of the vibration itself. The end result, however, left her very happy and with a new insight on vibrators.

As a bonus note, the Hitachi is fantastic for body massage as well- post-climax or for everyday use.
