Dolce dreams body lotion - body moisturizer by Principessa Beauty - review by Hot'n'Bothered

This is a whipped body lotion, so it is thick enough to stay where you put it, and won't puddle out. But it's thin enough that spreading and rubbing into your skin, is not a difficult task.



Immediately after the lotion has absorbed into the skin, I thought it almost had a baby powder like feel to it. That sensation is short lasting and is soon replaced by pure softness. The lotion does not leave any sticky or oily residue.

While this smells so incredibly delicious; please don't try to taste this. The lotion is not meant to be eaten, or tasted, and I'm sure your stomach is already as soft as it's going to get.

The scent is heavenly though, so I can't blame anyone for wanting to take a small little nibble.

Peach, vanilla flower, night blooming jasmine, ylang ylang, sandlewood and warm amber make up the Belloccia scent.

In case your overly curious, like myself. Ylang Ylang is similar to Jasmine in scents.

I was fairly put off by this product originally due to it's cost. but I'm quickly learning that this may very well be WORTH it, and then some.

I'm most surprised by the fact that the scent, while light. Lingers for SO long. One of my greatest lotion disappointments is that the scents fade and completely disappear within an hour or so. Not this one! Several hours later I can still smell it on my arms, without putting much sniffing effort into it.

It also does a superb job at moisturizing and softening the skin. Which is a very important factor, especially given the fact that it's currently winter. No one likes dry skin.

Non oily and greasy the only hints that you are wearing it, is the scent it leaves behind, coupled with silky soft skin.

A huge bonus to those who have sensitive skin, this is paraben and sulfate free!

Nothing too terribly fancy. Dolce Dreams comes in a pop top squeeze tube. Solid pink and nothing too incredibly about the design. Sometimes, simple is best.

Nothing but a positive experience here. Pleasant smelling, super soft skin. Due to the cost of a bottle, I will have to restrain myself from over use though.
