Petite aromatic massage oil - oil discontinued by Kama Sutra - review by MAK85

Finding the right massage oil is always a chore, not to mention getting two (or more) people on board with the same product. You have to consider smell, texture, color etc. along with everyone’s preference(s). The options seem endless, but there is hope at the end of this tunnel: Kama Sutra Massage Oil.

I have tried several massage oils before, including the ever-popular DONA. However, Kama Sutra really is the Cadillac of massage oils (this may also explain the price). There was the initial worry that it would leave me feeling slick and uncomfortable, but this product has single-handedly changed my mind about massage oils. This oil goes on a bit thick, but after about 3-5 minutes of rubbing, it becomes light and silky, soaking into the skin and leaving it quite soft with little to no residue.

The smell of sweet almonds is a bit overpowering at first but fades nicely and leaves, as other reviewers have pointed out, a slightly "soapy" after scent, which is pleasant enough. Also, quickly, I have not experienced any "itchiness" from this product, as has one or two of the other reviewers. This could be due to an allergy to the product. If you think you might run the risk of an allergic reaction, I recommend going into your nearest adult store and testing the oils they have, most of which are found here on the website for much cheaper. If you place a dab on your wrist before perusing the dildos, nighties, cock rings etc., you will most likely have an answer before you even finish shopping.

My only gripe with this product is not with the oil itself, but with its packaging. Like many oils, Kama Sutra comes with a flip-top lid that has a tendency to leak if on its side. This is fine if you always plan on storing your oil upright in a tip-proof place. However, like most of us, your bottle might end up in any area the mood strikes, leading to some possibly maddening and messy cleanups (oil and fabrics are not friends) throughout the house, car and especially the bed.

To give a real-world example: after having messaged my partner with this oil for over an hour, I checked a text on my iPhone and to my surprise when I unlocked the phone, my finger did not leave an oil slick across the screen.

I have come to enjoy this toy more after having tried this for anal sex. It doesn't leave you feeling sticky, not to mention the enjoyable after-smell. It also keeps you feeling soft all day long. I would recommend using only three to four drops however, as you do not want to feel 'greasy'. As I have said before, a little of this product goes a long way.
