Foreplay ice glacial - massage mitt by Cal Exotics - review by ams421

I wasn't at all thrilled with The Foreplay Ice Glacial. The product that was shipped to me to review was nothing like the product picture or description above. The item I received fell extremely short of pleasurable, and I can honestly say that buying this glacial is not in your best interest- unless you like throwing your money away!

The item came shipped in an oversized novelty box featuring a picture of a couple playing with the glacial on the front and back of the box, and instructions on how to use the product along the side. At first, the item looked interesting and fun to use perhaps when used to massage your lover's back like the box shows. The glacial on the box was about 5-6 inches long, the glacial inside the box was under 2.5 inches long.

A small instruction manual is also included inside the box, in case the directions on the outside of the box were somehow unclear. Simply remove the rubber cork (the glacial is shaped somewhat like a tiny genie bottle), fill unit with water, carefully replace cork partially inserted, then freeze for 4-6 hours. Once glacial is frozen, remove rubbery stopper from bottom, and use cork to push ice through unit as you massage..sort of like a push-pop.

The glacial is made from a pink, soft, rubbery material with rubbery studs on the bottom for added pleasure with massage. Personally I found the studs to do next to nothing for added pleasure. The unit is easy to rinse off with warm water, but collects lint and other particles stick to it quite easily. The item is also easy to store, and can fit discreetly in a small drawer.

When using this glacial, the ice melts way too quickly to enjoy its use for very long. The toy makes less than 2 inches of frozen ice and is a little over 1 centimeter thick. Not very effective for sensual play, but adds for a slight chilling sensation around small areas such as ears, and around neck. I've personally experienced better play with a couple of regular square ice cubes.

Basically the only upside to this product is ice play without freezing your fingers (for a couple of minutes). Not worth waiting for the unit to freeze.

I ended up tossing the Foreplay ice glacial not long after I received it. The product was pretty much a waste of space, and I had no use for it. I've honestly had better luck using popsicles. I will not be purchasing another ice glacial, and I still do not recommend buying this one.
