Enter Topco's Climax Burst water based toy cleaner. It is a anti-bacterial soap for your toys that is just bursting to clean your toys. Inside you will find Triclosan (30%), which is the antimicrobial agent. You will also find water, Acrylates copolymer, Ascrobyl palmitate, Cellulose, Chromium hydroxide green, Cocamidopropyl Bectaine, Coco-glucoside, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance, Glyceryl oleate, Hydroxpropyl methylcellulose, Iron oxides, Mannitol, and Methylchloroi. Most of which I can not pronounce, let alone tell you what they do.
What I can tell you is that this is by far the easiest way I have found to really clean all my toys. And I do mean all, from silicone to TPR to glass.
This cleaner is thick like a hair gel and when you put it on it stays were you put it. This means no drips or runs.
The bottle comes in a 4oz size and has a pop top that is easy to open with one hand. On the front is the name in a big font and "Toy cleaner" in a smaller one. Not really discreet but I keep it out of sight/reach so there is no problem. On the back you will find the ingredients, some warnings about ingestion; call the poison control center or get medical attention immediately, and for contact with eyes, flush with water and keep out of reach of children.
To use just pop up the top, squirt the amount you need (do not need much) and lather up your toy, making sure to work it in all the nooks and crannies and burst the little beads.
Beads, you say? Yes, inside this cleaner you will find green and yellow beads that, when popped, release vitamin E to condition your toys. Then, wait 30 seconds and rinse with warm water. My hot water takes about 20 seconds to get to the tap so this works great for me.
When done, dry the toy as you see fit. For glass, I use a towel, for other materials like silicone, I shake off the excess water and allow to air dry...
..and Presto, the toy is disinfected and looks like new and has a nice floral type sent.

Experience
This cleaner is some serious awesomesauce. It make glass look like it has been polished and brought that new toy look to my Tantus Ryder that has got a lot of use lately.
I think that this is also a great way to clean your hands after some anal or vaginal play; clean your toys and hands at the same time.

I so wish there was a "I love it more" option, cuz I do! I am just starting to use my second bottle and I always buy ahead of time, just in case. That is almost two full months of use, three or four times a week, sometimes with multiple toy's. Quick and easy, and really don't your toy's deserve a "Climax" of their own?

Top problems?

The top looks good but is hard to open and when useing strength it pops off. Is this normal? any one have the same problems with the bottle?

Yep, I covered that in my review. First time I pulled the cap up I popped it right off, but it popped right back on too. Mine even looks like it's about to fall apart but hasn't yet.

The only cleaner I've ever used that was made specifically for toys was WET brand's Keep It Clean. I still use it and swear by it, you can read my review on it. It cleans thoroughly, does not leave residue, rinses clean, smells awesome, and it's a foaming cleanser which makes the bottle last forever and provides a more thorough clean on anything that has a texture to it. I have the Butterfly Kiss and the butterfly part has wings, antennae, and several lines etched along his belly. Keep It Clean gets in there just fine. On a side note, I was cleaning him the other day and his wing slipped from between my fingers and flicked soapy water in my eye, haha. So I can also say that Keep It Clean will not burn your eyes, at least not from a small amount.
