Amazing Eden Toy and Body Wipes
These wipes are amazing. They stay wet a long time, can be used on several toys with one wipe, and can be used all over your own body! What more could ask for in a cleansing wet wipe? The only thing that is a negative is the glycerin, but only if being used on a woman's genitalia. Otherwise, these are the perfect thing for a quick and easy clean-up. They smell clean, like a baby wipe. They feel clean, they leave your skin and toys feeling clean and with no residue.Published: December 7, 2011
Pros:
stays wet, vitamin e, aloe, all over wipes, cleans toys, hypo-allergenic, anti-microbial
Cons:
glycerin might hurt women genitalia, non-discreet packaging, only 10 wipes, slightly expensive
Though the packaging may not be discreet these are amazing cleaning wipes and I recommend them to any and all of you. The quality is impeccable for these wipes, I'd even go so far as to say they are in line with high-end baby wipes. How do I know this? I've babysat a lot of kids. You can use this to clean your toys, both waterproof and non-waterproof toys.
They clean well and thoroughly without drying out too fast. I'd say they stay wet for a long time. You could potentially clean five toys, yourself, and your spouse/lover/best friend with just one of these bad boys. The smell reminds of a baby wipe, but isn't very strong. And there is no flavor, I don't actually recommend licking it to find out either.
Properties
Pack: 10
Length: 7 1/2"
Width: 6 3/4"
Weight: 1.5 oz
Flavor: Unflavored
Base: Water
Ingredients: Water, Chlorhexidine, Glycerin, Aloe Extract, Vitamin E, Tea Tree Oil
Safety features: Hypo-allergenic
Special Features: Anti-microbial
I love the fact that these are anti-microbial and hypo-allergenic. The only downside to them is that the pack only comes with ten wipes for $4.99 and that seems a bit expensive for only ten of them. Now, it's not so bad if you decide to tack this on as your free gift. Then I see no room to complain there. but, I would like to see them add more wipes to the package or maybe have the ten wipes for a free gift and have 20 wipes for $4.99 instead.
The packaging is sturdy and holds up fairly well. It seals completely closed so that the wipes cannot dry out. So you can keep them in the original packaging with no worries. Unless you want to leave them out in the open and worried who may seem, then I suggest cutting the package open and putting them in a ziploc baggy either with a label of 'EF wet wipes' or no label at all if you can remember what they are.

Experience
I've used these a couple times now and I absolutely love them. When I took the first one out I explored everything about the sheet. I rubbed it over my arm to see the reaction, if there would be any, I smelled it, felt it. It's very soft and smells faintly of a baby wipe, which smells very clean to me.
When using it to clean myself and my toys it excelled beyond expectations. I used Toko Lubricant from Shunga on myself and my Symphony Rhapsody by evolved and the wipe cleaned everything up perfectly. My skin was left feeling nice and clean and so was the toy. It dries quickly on your skin and on your toy so you don't really have to worry about wiping it off with a towel or anything.

Follow-up commentary
1 month after original review
Still absolutely love these body and toy wipes. They still work great and the packaging they come keeps them fresh for months. I've had two packs now since November and they're still fresh and clean well. I plan on investing in a bunch more.

Eden Wipes - FYI: date on back of package is made on date, NOT expiration date
-
I just received my first package of these, and was confused at first, at why they sent me wipes that expired in november. However, I looked for threads about this subject, and there already several that state this is the MANUFACTURE DATE. I just wanted to make it easier for everyone to see this information. Also, someone has stated they expire 3 years from the manufacture date. Please feel to verify this information as well.
-
I believe that is the info going around about these. I know there were alot of confused people at first, but I think we got it all figured out. Thank you for confirming it though.

Toy/Body wipes good for... lady parts?
-
I was just wondering if these wipes would be good for using on your lady parts as part of your after-fun-times clean up routine?
I'm trying to get better at cleaning myself up afterwards instead of just being lazy. Normally, I'll just get up and wipe with a tissue or toilet paper, but I feel like I could be doing more to clean up. -
I use the wipes down there quite frequently. I use them after play, when I'm on my period, and whenever I feel the need to. They're really handy.

Is this ok to use with fleshlight?
-
If I use this on a fleshlight, will it damage it or safe to use?
-
I am curious to this answer as well!
-
I don't have a fleshlight but, I've used this product on many types of toys with no issues. The only thing is that these are a bit expensive for just a few wipes and they are small.

Toy wipes vs. wet wipes
-
Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?
-
Quote: Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?I was asking about that in another thread here. See if there's any helpful information there. You might try comparing ingredients on some toy wipes vs. random wet wipes.
I don't have a definitive answer, though. -
Definitely depends on the toy, but I think general wet wipes are probably fine for toys that you clean with just soap and water. I used to buy wet wipes at the drug store that were "sensitive skin formula" or "hands and face" or something like that to try and reduce the amount of unsafe chemicals in them, and I'd always look at the ingredients list. But I've used general wet wipes on my hard plastic toys with no problems.

UNscented option?
-
I've been looking for a wipe like the Eden toy and body wipes--but I can't stand scents. Please produce an unscented version!
-
Unscented baby wipes? I hardly notice the scent on the eden wipes, though.
-
I agree with Elnoa, I hardly notice the scent at all unless I'm purposely trying to smell for it.

Larger pack?
-
I wonder if they will make them in a larger pack soon. The ten pack does not seem like it is enough.
-
I have noticed them in the free gift section.Personally, I would rather have the free shirt!

volume

Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?

Quote: Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?Right now they don't, but if you mention it in the next 'Eden Should Carry...' thread I bet they'd listen! It's a good idea!
