The one touch micro vibro clamps are great for anyone who is interested in some extra nipple stimulation. These clamps are fully adjustable, so you can make them as tight or loose as you'd like. Since the small screw on them allows you to adjust the tightness to any level, I'd recommend these to anybody no matter what their experience is, if they like a small amount of pressure. These are lightweight, but the part vibrating part does create a small pull on your nipples. If your nipples are super sensitive it might be too much for you, but for most people it should be fine!
Besides your nipples, you can also place a clamp on your clit for some pressure and vibrations that can feel amazing! (Just make sure you loosen the clamp first, you don't want to clamp it on too tight!)

With the jelly coating on the inside of the clamp, I think these could be worn for an extended period of time. The pressure may start to hurt after a while, but if your pain tolerance is a little higher then go for it!
The two small watch batteries they each take produce great vibrations with a simple on/off button, and your nipples will thank you for the extra sensation!

For those with inverted nipples, sometimes it's suggested to use a nipple clamp to help "fix" your nipples. You would just have to protrude your nipple and clamp it at the base, perhaps sideways if you're having trouble. These nipple clamps are made of three different materials: metal, plastic, and jelly. The screws and clamps themselves are metal. They're a shiny pink and flawless, except for a part of the screw's threads that you can't see if it's screwed in. There's just a little bit that is faded from pink to silver. That is really no big deal to me personally and it's not too noticeable.

The inner part of the clamp that goes against your nipple has a smooth jelly coating. This makes wearing them much more comfortable than I'd imagine just metal would be. The bottom part where the vibrations come from are plastic. There is no notable smell to me.

I think the design and shape of these clamps are great. They are very easy to use. You simply turn the screw to how you think you'll want them (or don't if you don't mind the possibility of pain), clamp them on, and use the screw again if you need to adjust the tightness, then press the one touch button to start the vibrations.

The screw can be adjusted to fit most nipples or to your pain tolerance. The widest they will open is 1/2 an inch. While they are clamped to you, you can screw and unscrew as you please until you get the desired pressure (just don't unscrew it too much or they may fall off). It might take some light pressure to get them to stay on.

If you like pain on your nipples, then you'll be pleased with how tight these can be. And if you don't like pain, just some pressure, you'll still like them and they're quite comfortable. When they're not tight on your nipple, it barely feels like they're there until you turn on the vibrations.

You can feel slightly more than a light teasing sensation on your nipple, but it's not as strong as a bullet held against your nipple would be. They are really quiet, which I love.

This toy is really easy to care for. It's not waterproof, so be careful if you wash it. If you try it on your clit then definitely wash the clamp part, otherwise if it needs to be cleaned, simply wipe it down.

These don't seem like the strongest toys, so I probably wouldn't suggest really rough play with them. My partner and I both pulled on them a lot and they held up fine, but I probably wouldn't pull really hard too much. The vibrating part of the clamps just seems like it could detach from the clamp with a lot of rough play.
