The one touch micro vibro clamps are great for anyone who is interested in some extra nipple stimulation. These clamps are fully adjustable, so you can make them as tight or loose as you'd like. Since the small screw on them allows you to adjust the tightness to any level, I'd recommend these to anybody no matter what their experience is, if they like a small amount of pressure. These are lightweight, but the part vibrating part does create a small pull on your nipples. If your nipples are super sensitive it might be too much for you, but for most people it should be fine!
Besides your nipples, you can also place a clamp on your clit for some pressure and vibrations that can feel amazing! (Just make sure you loosen the clamp first, you don't want to clamp it on too tight!)

With the jelly coating on the inside of the clamp, I think these could be worn for an extended period of time. The pressure may start to hurt after a while, but if your pain tolerance is a little higher then go for it!

I think the design and shape of these clamps are great. They are very easy to use.
