Pros:
Small, easy to use, and good adjustable nipple clampage.
Cons:
If you like/want more intense sensation and nipple squeezage, these probably won't be enough.
If you have never tried nipple clamps before, these are a great way to explore before trying the more harsh and evil type clamps; if you are curious to try, or just like a good old nipple grippin.
They come with a screw in each clamp, so you can adjust the pressure of the grip on each nipple. I'm a masochist so, after a couple of tries with these, I took the screws right outta them. Gone.
They are very easy to pop onto the nipple, and they hold surprisingly well; even when there is a good tug on the chain that joins them. If you are flexible enough you can even hold them in your teeth, this adds for an interesting time, and if you like a little predicament bondage I am sure there are many other ingenious ways of using these.
They are not too obtrusive, so you can wear them under a shirt without it being plainly obvious that they are hiding under there. If you want to wear them for longer periods of time, you can use the screws to adjust them to a comfortable pressure. The tighter they are the more intense the sensation gets.
The ends, where the clamps attach to the nipples, are a hard smooth black rubber. They are extremely comfortable, and very easy to clean; either with hot soapy water, or pop them into boiling water. They are small, and can easily be tucked away in your purse or pocket, and carried anywhere and everywhere. I have had mine for well over a year now, I use them a lot, and they are still in perfect condition.

These little nipple biters are one of the toys that I use on at least a weekly basis, and my partner has taken to borrowing them as well. I still haven't put the adjustable screws back in, as I have relatively small nipples. With the screws they were not tight enough for any serious sensation, but without the screws... wonderful! They are not as harsh as some nipple clamps, but have enough bite to make you notice they are there. There is definitely a wee burning sensation when you take them off, and the blood rushes back.
Most important thing is not too leave them on for too long. SM101 recommends no longer than an hour. When I first began using these I could take about 5-10 minutes before screaming to get them off, nowadays I can handle much longer time frames. They do cut circulation though, so keep this in mind when playing with them. I love them but I want something a little more extreme now. Great wee clamps for beginners.

Ive got some like this. I love them, but havent compared to anything else yet. It seems like they would stay in place better than other styles may.

Will these be big enough?

I'm wondering if these would fit a larger nipple, around the size of a nickel? If so, does anyone know if they'd be really tight/pinchy or if there's be some room to "breathe"? Is there enough slack for the chain to be worn on large breasts, I had a bad experience with a nipple chain where it didn't fit and don't want to repeat that. Does anyone know how long the chain is?

these would allow a little room to "breathe" as well as being wide mouthed, as it were. I don't know about the chain length, but you could solve that with a wire cutter in two seconds. -
I would estimate that the chain length is about 12 inches... I think they're fine for larger nipples. They are pretty adjustable. The option recommended by Layla looks good too, though I wonder if those would actually pop off more easily.

Mamastoys having the option to adjust them is probably one of the reasons they are still one of my fav sets of clamps
