extremely useful review
I received the Cake brand beauty Good For You Milk Made Duo gift set as a birthday gift from a friend and I love it minus the oiliness of the Milk Made Soothing Hand and Cuticle Buffer. This makes such a cute gift. The two products come in an adorable little gift box featuring a picture of an open window and the two Cake products sitting on a pink and white checked window sill. Get it? Cake cooling on the window sill on a light breezy spring day! Ha! That is so adorable!

You are getting a very generous amount of both of these great products in this 2 piece Cake beauty brand kit. I will talk about what you are getting piece by piece.

First off, and step one, you are getting a 4.9 fluid ounce bottle of the Milk Made Soothing Hand and Cuticle Buffer. Not only can you use this on your hands, but you can use this one your feet too! I love the scent of this scrub. It is almost like a warm and moist fresh baked raspberry flavored cupcake topped with a sweet and creamy vanilla frosting, but without the calories!!! It comes with a durable plastic spoon that makes scooping a proper portion of this product (you only need about a half spoon full for both hands or both feet) out of the bottle. The only thing I do not care for in this product is the amount of oil. I have oily skin any way so I really try to stay away from products with a whole lot of oil to avoid breakouts. You will definitely want to use the spoon to stir up the product before use because the sugar granuals sink to the bottom and the oil will sit on top of the bottle. You will also want to make sure the bottle is sitting right side up at all times because the oil will leak if it falls on its side. Be careful if your cuticles are dry and flaky because the sugar might tear them up and make them bleed a little. One last thing, do not let it touch your clothing, towels, or linens because the oil will stain them horribly. One a brighter side, if you can get over the oiliness, your hands will feel amazing after you have buffed away the dead skin cells from your hands.

The second step is the Milk Made hand cream. This is also a product that works wonders on dry cracked heels and calluses on your feet! You are getting a large 3.4 fluid ounce squeeze bottle with a flip up cap. This hand cream, especially after buffing off all those dry and dead skin cells with the smoothing hand scrub, will feel absolutely amazing! You will feel soft, silky, moisturized, hydrated, and renewed without any slimy, greasy, or sticky residue! The hand cream also travels very well. I have smaller bottles that I take everywhere with me because my hands get so dry in the winter. I keep one in the glove compartment of my car, one in my purse, one in my gym bag, and one in my backpack. The light vanilla frosting scent makes my hands smell so yummy without being too heavy or overpowering. No headaches due to scent here.

Both products are made of mostly natural ingredients. Instead of parabens, pthtalates, triclosen, or sulfates, the ingredient list consists of things like mango butter, grape seed oil, shae butter, coconut oil, sugar, avacado oil, milk amino acids, and even marshmallow extract!
