Calamity Clamp

A clamp is meant to apply pressure and stimulation to a given area. It's meant to stay put unless pulled off or removed purposely. If a clamp releases on it's own for no reason, then it's not really a clamp.

The beads and the little charm means it's delicate and cute. Along with just it's appearance, it comes with a very sturdy clamp. Like any clamp, one would want to make sure you can get it around your nipple. Not a problem for me. These clamps have plenty of space and have little covers to go over the tips, so those that have metal allergies or have an aversion to sharp things, don't need to worry. These clamps come in a clear plastic container that holds the clamps in place, so they don't scratch or chip during shipping. The manufacturer makes several different types, so it's fun to mix and match or to pair them with a great outfit.

There are a few problems that seem inherent to the design of this particular clamp. The clamps are effectively tongs with a slider to keep it in place. The nipple goes between, and then you press and hold the clamp in place and slide the little ring up. It should be easy and should work fine. However, this concept means that the ring can slide down. Through several tries and in several states of erect nipple resulted in the clamp's ring to slide down. It held for approximately 3 seconds before a simple muscle twitch caused it to fall free. I attempted to slide the ring up while it pressed against nothing, and it was still very difficult to slide the ring up. I couldn't get it to clamp onto my nipple again. Perhaps if you have small nipples or very thin erect nipples this might work out. However, it's a no win situation with me. I couldn't find another use for them.

Looks great, feels great, has no smell and the only sound is from the beads... but that's nothing with out the clamp actually working. Because of the the lack of finding a way to make it work, it didn't even get introduced to the bedroom.

Materials: Metal, a plastic tips, glass beads.
Safety features: Food-grade material / Hypo-allergenic / Latex free / Non-porous / Phthalates free
Cleaning: Basic toy cleaner or an alcohol solution. I chose my favorite toy cleaner.
Experience
I do not like a toy that stops short of it's intended use is. This toy not only failed it's original purpose, but I can't get it to work anywhere else.
Follow-up commentary
I've tried many ways to make these clamps work. They have been reshaped and bent, replaced the ring, I even went so far as to change the grips. Nothing works. It's a waste of cash and time. I would rather go and get the clamps I last wrote about that hurt so much. At least they did something.
