Chocolate kisses!

If you're a lover of sweets, specifically chocolate and lip balm crazy, this stuff is one you just have to try! The thick texture is great for smoothing and conditioning lips. With the many sweet flavors/scents, there is bound to be something for everyone.

extremely useful review
Not Soap Radio's Cocoa Nostra confectionery lips balms are gourmet goodies for your kisser. They are great for dry, chapped lips or just to glide on to give your lips a little shine and smoothness.

There are many different flavors and I have tried all of them but the Cappuccino flavor and the Orange one. Some smell stronger than others and some have a stronger taste than others. Regardless, I love all the ones I have. The particular flavor that I chose for review is the chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! flavor. It is the more subtle of the flavors that I have tried. It does smell like a Hershey bar but isn't overpowering. The taste is sweet with a faint hit of cocoa.

I am a major Burt's Bees fan and used to use nothing but that until I found these on Eden and the flavors sounded amazing. Usually the other flavored balms I have tried just weren't thick enough for my liking (Lip Smacker, Avon, ect). While Burt's Bees isn't thick, the cooling sensation trumps and it wins every time. I use Burt's Bees first thing in the morning and before I go to bed, the rest of the day I am reaching for one of my Not Soap Radio balms! Besides being thick, it is smooth, creamy and luxurious feeling. This stuff makes your lips super soft, creamy and smooth. When my lips are feeling dry and I apply this on and rub them together, it is instant, sweet relief. It lasts a decent amount of time if you aren't a lip licker. Exactly how long one application lasts, I'm not sure because as with my lotions, I'm compulsively applying lip balm all day and night. I like to feel a fresh coat and I can't stand to have dry lips.

The tube is cute and reminds me of a candy store or little coffee shop. Of course the balms are easy to travel with and can fit in your pocket.

The ingredients are:
Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Cetearyl, Alcohol, Lauryl Laurate, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Beeswax, Copernicia Cerifera (Camauba) Wax, Hydrogenated Soyean Oil, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) Extract, Flavor, Mica.

There are no phthalates, sulfates, triclosan, or parabens in this balm.
If you are allergic to chocolate, you will want to skip this.

So, if you're a fan of sweet lip balms and/or love chocolate, I recommend choosing a flavor or two (or few)!
Follow-up commentary
I LOVE this lip balm. The Dark Chocolate /Milk Chocolate/ White Chocolate and the Lemon/Vanilla are my absolute favorites, though I like them all. I like how thick and creamy they go on.

At first I thought that there would be three different layers with the three different flavors coming after the previous would be spent ... but after reading your review it seems to me that in fact they are all blended. am I right?
