I had tried a clit arousing cream before this one but once I got this one I gave the other away! It's that good.
The purpose of this gel is to increase blood circulation to the clitoris in order to increase sensitivity which is supposed to help reach a stronger climax quicker. How well does it work...? I can't say I have had a spontaneous orgasm with it. I have heard that if you apply it after your shower before you go to bed and you don't masturbate or have intercourse while doing this three days in a row you are supposed to have a spontaneous orgasm! Yay! But the problem is that this lube gets me so aroused that I can't wait two days let alone 24 hours. So the theory remains untested by me.
When I apply it to the clitoris or the skin just under the clit I have a cool sensation at first then a warming sensation. It definitely helps me reach an orgasm quicker because the nerve endings in my clit are more receptive to stimulation.
The bottle is small so you can carry it in your purse to add a dab on where ever you are and when ever it pleases you.
I find it tastes a little sweet and slightly minty and it has not numbed my tongue. I will use the gel more often than not while I wear my smart balls. During my last break at work I would put on some gel and slip in the balls. The balls alone increase arousal so add on the factor of gel on your clit to increase its sensitivity and you will walk with your thighs tight together to get some friction to try to relieve the need for an orgasm that you greedily want. If someone asks you if you hurt your ankle just smile and nod.

It isnt a miracle gel but it works really well for me, sadly it may not be the case for every one though.
The package has a little description on how to use it and explains two methods depending on your sensitivity. If you are very sensitive it says to add a little and wipe off the excess poduct. While for those who need a jack hammer as a vibrator and are less sensitive it states it can take 3 days before any effect is felt. But in my case I assume I am situated right in the middle. I feel the effects a couple of seconds after I massaged the gel onto my skin. The effects of cooling/warming last about 10 mins but the product is still working beyond that 10 mins.

It became warm (warmer than a warming lube) after the cooling effect but it wasn't a painful warm.
