Pleasure Balm prolonging gel by Kama Sutra does just what it says it will. It delays orgasm during intercourse or any other sexual activity. The mint flavor does produce a strong aroma, but in my opinion is pleasant. The intensity of the gel is just right for me. It is strong enough to effectively delay my orgasms and makes me last longer during sex, but doesn't take away any pleasure. It actually adds to the pleasure of sex to be confident in your ability to hold your orgasm until she is closer. When applied it makes my penis feel cool. Imagine any product that contains a menthol-like ingredient.

My wife enjoys the taste, and the active ingredients even reduce her gag reflex during oral sex. Prior to using this this product, she used another mouth-desensitizing product that she would have to put on the tip of her finger and shove to the back of her tongue to apply. The Pleasure Balm serves as a built in gag reducer, especially when applied to the tip of the penis. It's also fun to have her blow on my penis right after she puts the gel on.
