Contour Q can give a BIG O

I really love the Contour Q. It's one of the best purchases we've made. It's small enough to travel with, great for couples massage and when used creatively can produce some mind bending sensations on more than just your back. They are the perfect gift for someone special and can easily be given at a bridal shower or a bachelorette party! A great product all around!!!

Pros
Non porous, temperature play ready, relaxing and stimulating
Cons
Our only complaint is that if they are next to each other in a bag they can be noisy.

About a year ago we traveled to San Francisco for work. Rather than check a bag on the way out, we decided that we would just buy some new toys at Good Vibrations while we were in town, then check a bag on our way home. When we walked in the store they had the Contour Q, Contour M and AfterGlow candle displayed nicely as a discounted package. Never one to turn down a discount on JimmyJane products, I grabbed all three and sat them on the counter while we finished shopping.

After spending more than we probably should have, we found our way to our hotel up in Napa Valley. Once we settle in, we began to go through our "goody bag" to see what toys we wanted to play with first. Always loving a good massage from my husband, I went for the Contour collection right away.

With some erotic music on in the background, iGuy went to work massaging my back, neck, and shoulders with the Contour Q orbs by themselves first. Made from a porcelain-like ceramic, each orb is fairly light, but still has a durable, stone-like feel to it. The Contour Q comes with two orbs that are slightly larger than a golf ball, one with random bumps/nubs and another with equally spaced ridges, each one creating its own sensations.

When he first started massaging, I winced at how cold each one felt (probably from the A/C in the room) but as he continued the orbs gradually got warmer from our body heat and were actually quite comfortable. Although we haven't tried it yet, we assume that these would be great for temperature play.

While the stones felt good dry, it was pretty apparent that they would work better with some form of lubrication. We tried the body wax from the AfterGlow candle first, but found that it just cooled and solidified too quickly. We then switched to baby oil, which worked just fine. Your favorite lube would also work too. Since the orbs are ceramic they are non-porous, which means they can be used with any lubricant and clean up is super-easy.

Eventually we tried using the Contour Q orbs with the Contour M. JimmyJane shows this set up on the packaging and in some of their literature. The orbs fit snugly inside the Contour M, and the little nubs on the end fit in the "prongs" of the M making it easy to roll the orbs around while just having to hold onto the Contour M. While the Q orbs are fun on their own we prefer using them with the M most of the time.

After a very relaxing back rub, I sat with my back snuggled down into iGuy's chest and using the Contour Q with the nubs he began to rub my clit at the same time using the Q with the ridges on my nipples. While I wasn't expecting it, the sensations were amazing. After several minutes of rubbing, I was clinching the sheets as waves of pleasure swept over me.

I have to admit that, upon first glance, I thought that the Contour Q was going to be a great massage aid for my husband and I to use when we do massages together. What I didn't expect was for them to turn into little erotic orbs of pleasure. They really are the best of both worlds and when you can start with a massage and end with an orgasm there really isn't anything better!

How odd that the candle oil solidified. I've had several of them and never experienced that. Perhaps too much used? I've actually found the Afterglow the candle least likely to solidify or get waxy. For us, the oil melts right into the skin, just like any massage oil. Weird!

Wow I've never had the wax solidify either. I actually find that just the touch of my fingers turns the wax into oil even if the candle isn't lit!. That's so strange. Glad you liked the Qs, I have them and usually use them for pressure point massage!

We were pouring the wax onto, or rather into the Contour M, then letting the Q balls pick it up as they spun around inside. When the use the Afterglow straight onto our skin it works flawlessly. The warm wax gets caught in the grooves of the M and Q and then solidifies. Essentially, we would suggest not using the Afterglow candle as a form of lubricant for the M or Q directly, but we LOVE using it by itself during massage!

I get what you mean about the wax/oil now. Mine does that too, if it isn't directly touching your skin it cools off and solidifies onto the stones. I also don't find that the oil lasted nearly long enough when using the stones and preferred lotion for the stones and the oil directly on our hands
