FUKUOKU 5 finger massage glove - massager discontinued by Deeva Toys - review by Breas

The Fukuoku 5 Finger Massage Glove by Deeva Toys is available for the right or left hand. The left-handed glove is pink in colour and the right-handed glove is black. The gloves are not sold as a set. I am left-handed so I received the pink coloured glove. I had received the size S-M glove. With the product not being available for purchase yet, I’m not sure if EF will be offering a larger size. I was a bit concerned when I had seen that I received the S-M since I consider my hands to be average-large.



The glove arrived in a rectangular, cardboard box. The front of the packaging states the product name, size, and features. The front also has a photo of the glove. The back of the packaging has a product description and states the care instructions, warnings, and company contact information. The packaging could be used for storing the glove or it can be recycled. If you remove the plastic insert inside of the box, the glove only takes up about 1/3 of the packaging. I just keep my glove in my toy box.

The product page stock photo makes the glove look like a purple colour but it’s actually a hot pink. The glove is 100% lycra. The material is stretchy, non-sheer, and very soft against the skin. There are two stretchy elastic bands at the base of the glove to secure it to the wearer’s wrists. The first elastic band is approximately ¾ inches from the bottom of the glove and the second is 1 inch from the first. The front of the glove has “Fukuoku” name sewn to the front of the glove.



The wrist area (bottom of the glove) measures approximately 3 inches wide, not stretched. When I stretched the wrist area as much as I could, the width was 5 ½ inches. The length of the glove, from bottom of the wrist area to the tip of the middle finger, is 9 ¼ inches not stretched. Stretched as much as I could, the length is 16 ½ inches. The inner area of each fingertip has a vibrating piece in it. These pieces are not removable, unless you were to cut the fabric, as there is a second layer of fabric that holds the pieces inside. Each piece is approximately 1 ½ inches in length, ¾ inches wide, and ¼ inches thick.

The battery pack sits inside of a pocket on the outside of the glove, at the inner wrist area. The battery pack is fairly large and bulky, though it is not heavy. The pack is approximately 2 ¾ inches long, 1 ½ inches wide, and ¾ of an inch thick. The toy requires 3x AAA batteries, which are included. The batteries are already in the battery pack when it arrives, with a small piece of tape covering the control button.


The control button is very simple to use. It’s at the base of the battery pack, peeking out of the battery pack pocket. To turn the vibrations on, just move the button to the centre. This is the first of two vibration speeds. If you want to increase the vibration intensity, move the button over once more. There are no patterns to the vibrations. They are constant.

The vibrations are fairly loud, especially on the higher setting of the two. The noise is a loud buzz. The first setting can be heard through covers but not a closed door. The second could possibly be heard through a closed door. The vibrations on the first setting are a 2 out of 5 vroom level and the second setting is a 3 out of 5. The vibrations are more buzzy than rumbly. The glove can be used in water and the packaging states that it can be used with any oil, cream, or gel. I fully submerged my hand with the glove on and it works perfectly. The glove allows water to seep through the fabric though so your hand is not protected from the water, oil, lubricants, or whatever you choose to use with the glove.

The care tag states that glove cannot be machine washed or dried. It should be hand washed with soap and water and air-dried. The packaging states that the battery pack does not need to be removed when you’re cleaning the glove. Lastly, the glove should not be immersed in temperatures of 120 Fahrenheit or above.

As I had mentioned, I was a bit worried that the S-M would be too small for my average to large sized hands. I was able to fit into the gloves nicely. They weren’t uncomfortable or too tight on me. I’ve taken a few measurements of my hand to give you an idea of their size. The circumference of my wrist is approximately 6 ¼ inches. The wrist area of the glove was the most snug on me out of the entire glove. If you’re wrist is a bit larger than mine, you may find it a bit uncomfortable. The length from my wrist to the tip of my middle finger is approximately 7 ¼ inches. Below are a few photos of me wearing the glove. It does look a little odd with the bulky battery pack and pieces in the fingers.



I really enjoyed using the glove for body massage. The first time I used the glove, I didn’t really like the way my fingers felt afterwards. It was almost numbing. I tried the glove a few more times and it wasn’t as bad. I guess I just wasn’t used to having constant vibrations at the tips of my fingers. I’d recommend using the glove a few times before deciding on whether or not it is right for you.

I tried the glove “down there” but the power is just too weak to satisfy me. I assume that if they had made the vibrations as strong as I need them (5 out of 5 vroom), that it would be too uncomfortable against the fingers after a period of time. I wouldn’t recommend this glove as an intimate area massager, especially if you need strong vibrations like I do. It works really nicely though when you use it to massage the back, shoulders, and other areas of the body. I love the way it feels on my upper back. The fact that the massagers are in the tips of the fingers makes it really convenient and easy to use. My partner also really enjoyed the glove when I had used it on his back and upper arms. I’ve only deducted one star from the rating because of its noise level. My partner and I will be getting a lot of use out of this glove for body massage purposes!
