Coochy Gave Me a Happy Coochy

I don't necessarily care for the thinness of this cream but I love the moisture that it delivers. My skin is super smooth and supple after using it. I didn't experience any irritation which is a huge plus! While the scent smells like baby powder, it's actually nice and light. If this were a bigger bottle I would use it all over but since it is small I will save it for my lady parts.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The texture of the Coochy cream is similar to that of hair conditioner.

It has a milky white color and rubs on clear. It looks like cum.

The bottle has a nice pump on it that dispenses a small amount of cream at a time.

About a dime's worth is dispensed with each pump. The texture is very thin and smooth on the skin and when rubbed in is not sticky or oily. It dries very quickly on dry skin but stays wet on moist skin when you're shaving. It leaves the skin feeling smooth and moisturized. When in use, it can get rather slick when shaving. Be sure not to get this on your razor handle or your hand could slip. It's not as thick as shaving gels such as Skintimate or Gillette gel. Because of this it tends to run when shaving and does not stay in place well. It also may require additional pumps to get the quantity that is necessary to shave with as it is very thin.

Taste / Aroma

So, I purchased the Oh So Original. It's described as: Alluring Array of Light Florals with a Hint of Baby Powder Freshness. I didn't smell any florals. I can definitely smell the baby powder but it's not overpowering. It smells very fresh and the baby powder smell is pretty light. But I didn't buy this for the smell, I bought it for what it does.

Performance

The cream may need reapplying during shaving but it depends on how wet your body is. It's a very thin cream so it tends to run off the body. I wouldn't suggest to dry shave. Keep your skin moist but not super wet when you use this. Also, make sure to shake water off of your razor so it won't cause it to run. It rinses off really clean and easily. The best part about the cream was that I smelled and felt really fresh. The smell is long lasting but subtle. I also didn't have any razor bumps which is a big deal for me! What I didn't particularly like about this cream was it was virtually lather resistant and thin. It won't lather on fine hair or bare arms but the thicker the hair the better the lather.

Packaging

The Coochy Cream comes in a 4 fl. oz bottle. The bottle is made of good quality plastic. It's very hard and feels like glass without the weight. It doesn't feel like a cheap plastic bottle. The dispenser is leak-free and easy to use. It is complete with a sturdy cap that fits securely on top. The bottle is metallic and very pretty to look at. It doesn't look cheap at all. It's not exactly a discreet bottle. The word Coochy is on the bottle. The back of the bottle is where the instructions are included. They read: Wet area to be shaved. Using hands, smooth coochy shave cream to skin. Shave and Rinse. Follow with Coochy after shave protection mist and after shave powder to maintain that sexy, smooth, just-shaved look. The instructions are pretty basic. The size of the bottle makes it suitable for travel if you can get over the word Coochy on the label.

A can of soda is bigger than the Coochy cream.

Experience

Arms-fine hair
The cream did not lather well at all. It was pretty clear on application and I had to rub vigorously to get it to show up white. My razor didn't have the resistance you might find when using a gel so it glided over my arms. I didn't have to use but a couple of pumps for each arm. My arms are smooth and lightly scented.

Legs-Medium/fine hair
I had a tough time getting the cream to lather. I ended up having to use several pumps per leg to shave with because of this. Unlike foam or gel, the cream is very thin, like conditioner, and easily ran off when water from my blade ran down my legs. So because of this I had to keep reapplying it to my legs. The cream along with a good warm soak softened the hair on my legs well but I did have to go over a few spots. I used a new blade so maybe next time I will let the cream stay on for a few minutes before I start shaving.

Underarms-Medium hair
The cream lathered well and in a couple of smooth strokes of my razor I was hair free and super soft.

Coochy & Anal area-course hair
Ok, so this is my problem area. I prefer my downstairs to be completely bare but I've had to result to not shaving because I'm prone to irritation. I'm not talking mild irritation. I'm talking the kind of irritation that makes you feel like a dog with worms. (Picture a grown woman rubbing her butt on the carpet for relief and you get the idea). I can be very miserable and itchy up to 3 days after I shave. That being said, I think I found a system that will ensure my coochy is always a happy coochy! I applied two pumps of the cream and found that it lathered well in this area. Not near as thick as a gel, but thicker than it was on my arms or legs. This helped with the shave but again I think I will leave it on longer to soften the hairs better because I had to go over the area several times. I'd like to avoid having to do that because each time you go over an area you increase the likelihood of getting razor burn. The results were a very smooth coochy. My skin was very soft after shaving with the Coochy cream. I followed up with the Coochy protection mist aftershave and I now have a very happy coochy. Not only did I not experience irritation from shaving but the aftershave left my kitty smelling pretty and feeling good. No razor bumps here!

As for the hairs around my bum, I didn't get as close of a shave and I feel some irritation but it is super mild. It's not razor bump irritation, it's itchy hair. The protection spray seems to be preventing any further irritation and the moisturizing properties of the Coochy cream is preventing any razor bumps.

I will say that because the cream is so thin it is also very slick. My razor got slick and I was worried it might slip and I would lose a labia! I don't experience this slickness when I use a gel or foam. My labias are still there, phew! But I would suggest being extra careful when you shave your nether regions!

Face This can be used on the face for everyday shaving or any part of the body for that matter. I was going to get my husband to try this but I've decided this will be my little secret. Because it's such a small bottle and I don't want to run out so I will be solely using this for my coochy.

Overall I'm pretty impressed with it. I was looking for something that would prevent irritation in my intimate areas and it does that! This would be a 5 star if it weren't such a thin cream. It will go a long way if I only use it for my intimate areas but not as long as I've experienced with other creams. The smell is fresh, my skin is smooth, and I'm bump free! This gets 4 stars from me!
Follow-up commentary
This shaving cream is the bomb!! I have been keeping this stocked up lately. I told myself I wasn't going to let my husband get his hands on this and then I did. Big mistake as he shaves his face and privates nearly every day and has used an entire bottle in about a month's time. So I've had to restock and give him his own and buy my own.

We are ingrown hair free. Completely. No more heat compresses or tweezers over here. The transformation is just amazing. I've used this all over, not just in the intimate areas for shaving and each shave leaves smooth, hair-less, bump-less skin. My skin feels softer and I feel like I don't have to shave as often. We both follow up with the Coochy Aftershave and the results are just perfect.

This is indeed the best shaving creme. I dislike that it comes in such a small bottle on EF but it is definitely worth it. I haven't used it as a hair conditioner because the contents just aren't enough to use in my cleaning regimine so this is strictly for shaving.
