As well as this lotion works, I unfortunately would not pay full price for this creme. It is just out of my price range. I will be stocking up next time it is on sale, though.

Use

Velveteen Hand Creme by Cake Beauty Products is a lotion that can be used by anyone. This creme comes in 3 scents and an unscented variety. I got the Raspberry Kiss/Vanilla scent. I have not only used this on my hands, but all over my body. It will leave you feeling soft and smooth with a light scent. You should always check products of this type to see if you are allergic to any of the ingredients before purchasing.

This creme comes out of the tube with ease. It has a smooth consistency and is milky white in color. This creme in not real thick, yet not runny thin either. I did not notice any stickiness or greasy feeling on my skin after application.

Taste / Aroma

While this smells great, I would not recommend eating it or even tasting it. The smell is not overpowering, it has a slight hint of fragrance to it. I don't think it really has any raspberry scent to it, but more of a vanilla smell. I didn't find that the scent lasted a real long time, after hand washing it disappeared almost immediately.

Performance

I found it took a few days to notice any difference in how my skin felt. I apply lotion several times a day during the week, it seems to last for a few hours before I need to reapply. When applying it to other areas of my body and washing it off my hands, it came off very easy with just warm water. For a hand creme, I find the consistency to be great.
