I have seen these around for a while. I ended up picking one up for a party some time back to wear and to help set the mood for a scene that I had planned. Well it worked in theory.
It so wasn't something that I could walk out of the house in without pasties on under it.
It was cute and fit much better than I thought it would. And it was surprisingly comfortable!!! I didn't expect it to fit that well on my curvy body or for it to be that comfortable.
That was about the end of the fun with it. As soon as it got warm and I started to sweat just a little, it got very sticky on me. I wouldn't have minded it at all, but that was a mood killer for what we where doing that day. But it was more than a bit fun to have my lover trying to lick the sweet sticky off of my breast. Actually that was really fun. It was a mood killer for me, but certainly not for him. But he hated the taste of the candies. He said that they tasted like the little Valentine's day conversation hearts. Needless to say, he hates those candies, but I know that some people love them and would get this just for that taste.
Honestly, I think it's more of a cute little thing to wear when it's cool out, but not much more. Actually that would be really hot to have someone with you in! I know, I'm just thinking out loud.
It's more of a club kid toy than much of anything. Totally a raver-girl thing more than a kink-play thing.
I don't think I'm going to bother getting this or anything of the like again.

How does it tie around the body?: It ties at the neck and around the back.
How long are the straps?: Can't remember. But roughly the length of a bra's.
You say it fit you well, what size are you?: I am not a little woman. I am a 36 E. It didn't fit well around the breasts themselves, but it's straps fit.
How many pieces of candy would you estimate would be on it?: 300+
Was it easy to tie on?: Fairly. It was a lot like tying a bikini.
How is it made?: The candies are strung together and tied to other strings.
Is it elastic?: Yes.

I was looking at getting another one, but because I have put on some weight since I wore one last and it's only one size, I had to pass on getting another Candy Bra.

Does anyone else find it kind of funny that porn / the adult industry in general tends to show women with large breasts, but most of the sexy lingerie available doesn't come in much more than a C cup unless it's plus size? I know it's mostly because of the average female figure, but I still find it kind of funny. And disappointing, being a 36DD.

I agree. I find it discouraging that I keep having to buy the 1x/2x to fit my chest, and it still usually doesn't fit right, or my boobs end up looking oddly misshapen. You would think that lingerie makers would know how to flatter your chest more than a normal clothing manufacturer, but that doesn't seem to be the case!

Yeah! I wish the manufacturers could be bothered to do different bra sizes. I'm a 32D, so my boobs would fit a large while the rest of me is a small!
