This item is made of a soft silicone cups and plastic around the rest of it with a medal quick release value so you can let the suction release quickly. I think it is made to last. It is quite flexible and durable. I personally found that it was better when I wet my nipples it made the suction much more intense. It was almost like a man grabbing my nipples. This is something I really like while I am having sex. It was easy to was and would definitely tell every woman to get one.
