Dual In Both Pleasure AND Pain

All and all, I regret choosing this do to a free review on. It'll likely see very little use, and may eventually get tossed out, due to it being bulky to store and keep out of view of visitors to my relatively small home. Really, the only way to find out if this toy is for you is for you to try it yourself; although if you're a male, I doubt it'll do much for you, since it didn't do a thing for me.

Use

I got this toy to see if it would deliver on its promise of 'tingly' sensations from the pumping and suction it creates. Although I am a male, I was really hoping this would work just the same as it seemingly did for females. However, I was mistaken. This toy clearly was designed for more sensitive tissue which male breasts just don't have, as well as more than likely being dangerous to use due to the possibility of 'over pumping'.

Material / Texture

The dual breast exerciser is made of slightly softened plastic for the tubing/pump, hard clear plastic for the two cups for the breasts, as well as a sort of rubbery material for the 'lining' of the cups. The cups are seamless and smooth, though one or more of the tubing may have the occasional excess plastic from when it was molded. This toy has a slight odor though no real textures.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The dual breast exerciser wasn't really the best design. The way it goes together leaves the tubing and pumping bulb jutting out from the wearer's chest, and it looks quite silly. On your own, this toy is pretty difficult to hold against the breasts and pump to start a seal at the same time. It isn't really comfortable to wear, and it isn't designed for those with larger than C cups I'd say (I don't know what size mine are but they do have a bit of excess skin to them). Although, if you have too little breast to work with (again this probably is not an issue with females as much as it is males that might use this toy), it won't suck much of it in. Having a decent, but not overly large, pair is best.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy was kind of a letdown for me. I got it mostly because I love suction on my nipples and have always wanted to experience suction on my breasts as well. The idea is to place the cups over the nipples and whatever amount of breast that fits into the cups, while holding them against your chest and squeezing the pumping bulb at the end of the Y-tube(s) to create suction and pump up the tissue inside the cups. The feeling produced is probably similar to another form of suction called cupping (practiced as a form of Chinese medicine but frequently used by the kinky community these days). However, if you pump too much and leave it on for too long, blood vessels will get damaged and very bright (in my case), blood colored bruises will appear where the rims of the cups were, and they will take several days to dissipate. Overall, this toy did what it was supposed to I guess; but besides being a novelty and 'exercising' my breast tissue a bit, it wasn't what I was hoping for.

Care and Maintenance

Putting this toy together was a pain in the butt. As other reviewers have said, the tube holes are kind of too small for the 'pegs' on the cups as well as the pumping bulb. Thus taking this apart isn't really advised, though it is a very bulky toy, so it would be best to store it in a drawer or maybe a box. Since it's plastic, you can wipe it down with a damp cloth if anything gets on it (such as lube or bodily fluids). Besides that, it's pretty straight forward.

Personal comments

Some of you may be wondering what the title was referring to, so I suppose I'll explain it here:
This toy more than likely can be both pleasurable for female users, and painful as well. If you over-pump (pumping until you can't pump anymore) the seal will get painfully tight, and, if left on long enough, start to damage blood vessels and leave bruises that take days to heal. At the same time, a slow pumping action and a comfortable but firm seal would likely stimulate the nerve endings in more sensitive tissue for female users. Again, this toy isn't really made with males in mind; I suppose I should have realized that simply by the fact that it was pink.
Follow-up commentary
The Dual Breast exerciser is a perfect example of a good idea that was poorly executed, or at least one that doesn't hold peoples interest very long. It's truly a novelty idea, but it's lacking in real use like proper 'medical grade' equipment for pumping has. For a while now, it's stayed tucked away in a separate box due to the silly big size of it and the now unappealing qualities. R.I.P Dual Breast Exerciser.

That's good to hear- sometimes the 'try it out' versions don't come with a safety release valve. Of all things, I don't think a safety release should be an 'upgrade,' so I'm glad this has one. Thanks again!
