After It Cleansing Foam is a "Natural Cleansing Foam for Sexual Health", as stated on the bottle. A company called SHE Aftercare makes it and they are located in Texas. It is used to clean up your bits (or all over body) daily, or before and most importantly, after sex. It helps restore the natural pH, moisturizes, and soothes a woman's external vaginal area. It boasts being 60% organic, free of perfume/dyes/parabens/glycerine.

The small, 1.7 fl oz/5ml bottle is perfect for travel. It can easily be stashed in your makeup bag ensuring you always have it with you. The bottle is clear with a purple label on it. Although it is not loud in any way, it does say "for Sexual Health" on it. Luckily, the label peels off without a problem if you want.

The ingredients as listed (both here and on the bottle) are: Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine*, Sucrose Cocoate*, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate*, Polyquaternuum-7, Proline, Saccharomyces Ferment*, Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey) Rhizome/Root Extract*, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract*, Olive Oil PEG 7-esters*, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Sodium Lactate, Sodium PCA, Allantoin, Panethenol, Sorbitol*, Methyl Gluceth-20, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Hexylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil*, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil*, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil*

This pump top bottle dispenses a lovely foam. 2-3 pumps should be enough for your area and there is no need to lather it up because it is already in that state. The foam is thick enough that it stays in the spot where you dispense it. Pump it into your hand or onto a washcloth and get right to cleaning.

Well. I am not tasting soap. Sorry folks. But, the foam, once dispensed, has a lovely rosemary/eucalyptus scent to it. It is very light and lovely. You will notice in the ingredients that there is orange peel oil listed there and you can smell it slightly, but it is certainly an undertone. Washing my hands with it, I could smell the rosemary while washing but once I dried them, my hands smelled more citrus than anything. The scent does not linger very long at all.

I experimented with this on my hands first because it is easier to judge the abilities of this product on them. It left them clean and without any yucky residue feeling. They did not feel dry or cracky like some soap does to my hands. I was concerned the rosemary oil might burn a little on any small cuts on them (we are coming in to winter skin season here), but it did not bother me in the least.

Next up was the shower test. The foam saves time in the shower, which is awesome - wash up and rinse and you are done. It left my bits clean and fresh feeling, not dry and tight at all. It is certainly not thick enough to use as a shaving foam, but for daily cleaning it is great.
