Shunga exotic massage oil by Shunga Erotic Art - review by ~LaUr3n~

I love the Shunga line of intimate body products and their massage oils are no exception. I have two flavors/scents of this type among other oils from the same company. Of this type, I have the Desire which is vanilla, Romance which is strawberries and cream, and the new more expensive Organica which is exotic green tea (not currently on edenfantasys). All of them are excellent choices, but if you don't like those, there are an additional 6 different scents. These oils are great for massages, moisturizing tough areas of skin, giving a sexy shine, and erotic touching. Shunga uses amazing natural ingredients in their products.

These are the ingredients:

Sweet Almond Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Sesame Oil, Avocado Oil, Safflower Oil, Vitamin E, Ylang Ylang, Fragrance

This is a semi-runny oil. I like this because it can be smoothed around easily and is pours out of the bottle nicely, but it will run rogue if you are dripping it on curved areas of the body. The consistency is smooth and non-grainy. Right out of the bottle, it doesn't feel sticky or greasy either. This oil can be heated up in a microwaveable bowl, which makes it even runnier and smoother, plus it feels amazing on sore muscles.

I usually hate Vanilla, so I wasn't expecting to like it, but to my surprise it smells great. My partner liked it too and described it as smelling like a McDonald's vanilla milk shake would taste. It doesn't smell like the imitation vanilla that a lot of products have. To me, this smells more like the vanilla and brown sugar lotion scent from Bath & Body Works. It has no taste that I could detect.

The strawberries & champagne smells like only strawberries to me with maybe a hint of raspberries. This scent is very strong and if used a lot, gave me a bit of a headache. It also smells good though I just don't like to use it as much. My partner also liked this scent. I was surprised since he usually hates strawberry. This scent type also had no taste.

This oil pours well and smoothes out easily. It feels amazing especially when warmed up (be careful to test to make sure it is not too hot). As long as you don't use a lot, it blends into the skin nicely. Using a bit too much, makes for a slightly messy experience since no amount of massage seems to get the excess to also be absorbed. It takes forever to dry in this instance also.

Using this with massage toys, also worked well. It left my hands feeling oily and they needed to be washed off though. I also used this to lube my backside and my partners lap for a slippery lap dance. It didn't cause any reaction or redness.

I really like to use this massage oil as a hand job aid and also as a way to add a sexy shine to my legs when going out in a dress or skirt. It leaves a hint of the aroma and makes them feel silky smooth. It even works for moisturizing tougher areas of skin, like the feet, elbows, and knees.

This massage oil can be part of a set from Shunga (one of mine is). But, if you buy it by itself you get a generous amount of the oil for the money. The plastic bottle holds 8 fluid ounces. This is enough to last you well over a year; probably a few or more even. The plastic feels thin which makes it easier to squeeze. The front has a thin black panel with information in small letters and a beautiful picture of shunga art depicting a couple in an embrace. The back had a small blurb about the product in a few different languages as well as the ingredients and website info. The top is like bottle of suntan lotion and has yet to leak, although I have noticed it is not air tight. The entire bottle is pretty discreet and could sit amongst other toiletry like items.

I am giving this oil 4 stars. I like the smell and consistency, but it has to be used in small quantities to make sure it dries fast and absorbs quickly. My hands were left feeling a bit sticky also. This stuff smells great and the bottle is pretty. I liked how this performed as a skin moisturizer and shiner too. It wasn't the best oil I have tried, but it is in the top choices.
