The Intimate Kisses Aphrodisiac oil is an edible & warming massage oil that is made by Shunga. Overall, I have been pretty impressed with Shunga products thus far and this oil did not disappoint! The edible massage oil comes in 9 different flavors, and tastes just as good as it smells! Intimate kisses has no funky aftertaste, but it does contain glycerin, so make sure that if you are sensitive or prone to infections, that you do not use it on or near the vagina.

*Size of Jar from Cork to Bottom: 4.5 inches
*Size of Jar at the base across: 2 inches
*Cap: Cork (The oil can leak out if cork is not pushed in tightly)
*Consistency: I would compare the consistency of this oil to a very thin syrup. It will come out rather fast, so make sure that you are pouring over a cloth or something that isn't going to be damaged or stained (or something you don't really care about getting damaged).

YUM FACTOR:
The flavor and scent is wonderful. It's strong (in a good way) and doesn't leave any nasty film or aftertaste. It tastes just as you would think, but so much better! We had purchased the strawberries and champagne. The scent flowed quickly out of the bottle the second that we opened it. As we rubbed it into the skin, we noticed that the scent filled the air. It was intoxicating! I do want to say that it almost has an alcoholic flavoring to it. For those of you that have tried Apple Pucker or those types of drinks, this has about the same potency (flavor wise) and has a hint of that alcoholic scent. (I would suggest that if you are a recovering alcoholic that this may not be the oil for you. The only reason that I say this is because I know when my mom stopped drinking, she couldn't stand the smell of anything alcoholic or anything close to the smell. So, that is just my opinion from experience. Take that as you wish.) Other available flavors include Chocolate, Vanilla, Raspberry, Mint, Fruit, Cherry, Orange, and Grape.

APHRODISIAC?
The title on the bottle says that this is an "aphrodisiac oil" but I see nothing in the way of pheromone activity. The fact that you are rubbing warming, tasty, sweet smelling oils all over each others body and naughty bits; I suppose that in itself, would be enough "aphrodisiac" for anyone!


CLEAN UP:
Simply wash this oil off with a warm, soapy rag or a baby/personal wipe and you should be good to go! Depending on how much of this you use, and where, you may need to shower afterwards. Though, if used in moderation, a quick clean up should do the trick.

SUGGESTIONS:
Using this product for oral sex would be absolutely amazing, with the warming and the flavoring. Drizzle a little of this onto your partner, swirl around with your finger a bit to get that warmth going, and go to town! Enjoyable for him and her!

The oil's performance was amazing for us. We used this for a back rub, to start. My husband was such a good sport about it too! When the oil hit his back, it was a bit chilly. Not cold, just chilly. When I began to run my hands up and down his back it instantly heated up. It's not anything HOT or anything that will burn you, so don't worry. It's a very nice warmth that really adds to the experience. I did find that after about 5 minutes into the back rub that the warming went away. It was a slow and gradual process though. We did not find that it was too greasy, but it did seem a bit thinner to me than I had expected.

I purchased this oil for a few reasons.

1. I loved this bottle. I plan to reuse it once the product is gone. I'm not sure for what exactly, but it's going to make a super cute knick-knack or craft when I figure out what I'm doing with it! If you don't choose to keep this bottle around, you can always recycle jar since it is glass. (Make sure to confirm that your recycling center approves this type of glass. Glass products will show a number on the bottom to confirm the type of glass it is. Your recycling bin or center should give you a list of the numbers that they will approve.) This glass jar has a number 2 on the bottom of it. I don't believe cork is recyclable though, but I could be wrong.

2.I wanted something edible. Most of the products that we had were all regular massage oils, so the flavored type was a nice little change up. Three, I wanted something that tasted good and didn't leave a nasty film in my mouth, so I chose this because of my great experiences with Shunga.
