Dona pheromone perfume gel is a roll on fragrance for women. It's basically a perfume in a roller-ball applicator. There is no "right" time to wear it as any time is right! It's great to use when combined with the shower gel and/or foaming bath, and the matching lotion. Apply it to the insides of your wrists, neck, behind the ears or on the chest. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to put it elsewhere as long as you avoid your private areas, mouth and eyes. Due to the scents, it's marketed for women. It is infused with pheromones to "help attract a partner".

The gel isn't really thick like you think of when you hear the word. It's actually light and liquidy- though it doesn't run and stays where applied. With that being said, it comes out wet but dries very quickly. Sometimes you will have to shake the bottle up to get some on the roller-ball and get it working. It doesn't feel heavy, oily, sticky, or greasy. It dries pretty fast to where you can't even tell it was applied.

All the scents are different. The one I am reviewing is Acai. Now, I've never smelled an actual berry, so I don't know how it really is supposed to smell, but I can describe how the perfume smells to me.
Supposedly, pheromone products work with your own body scent and therefore, smells different on different people. When I apply it, I can smell a sweet, fruity scent right away. I can't quite put my finger on the exact fruit to compare it to, but something berry and perhaps citrus-like. There are also floral scents that can be detected. I'm not a fan of floral at all as it gets my allergies going! However, I don't seem to have a problem with the acai scent and it doesn't make my head hurt. The fruity scent helps to sort of balance it out. It smells strong at first but settles as the hours pass. If I wear it, I sometimes toss it in my purse to re-apply once if I feel the need.

I think it does a great job of scenting the skin. It is a bit strong at first but like any other perfume, it fades as the day goes on so you may want to reapply it. It smells fresh, fruity and a bit girly. It is infused with pheromones that are supposed to aid in attracting the opposite sex or get them a little worked up when near you. Does it work? I honestly don't think so. This isn't the "fix the single life antidote". Does it smell nice? Yes. Will he notice it? Probably. The only thing I have noticed about any pheromone product is that sometimes you can apply it and it smells a certain way, then your friend can apply it and it might smell slightly different on her. This is due to it working with your body's own natural scent. So if you are thinking of buying it because of the hopes of finding Mr. Right tonight, you probably won't be satisfied. If you're buying it to smell good, go for it!

It comes off with soap and water and doesn't seem to stain clothing when I've worn a long sleeve shirt after putting it on.
