Boost is the complete care hand and body lotion made by Evolution of Smooth. Boost is made from 90% natural ingredients. It is also lanolin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, free of dyes, and hypoallergenic. This lotion is enriched with shea butter and oat extract, and contains natural antioxidants, as well as vitamins C & E. Boost is designed be absorbed quickly, and it is also super-moisturizing to your hands and body while it smooths and stimulates your skin. It is also designed to protect skin from damage caused by stress and cold.

The back of the Boost bottle reads “Say goodbye to dry.” As someone with super dry, itchy, skin most of the time, I was a bit skeptical, but this stuff really is great for dry skin. Not only does it keep my skin from looking dry or provide only temporary relief, this stuff seems to penetrate my skin extremely well, so that my skin stays hydrated as well.

This lotion has a nice light, natural feeling scent. It smells like shea butter and like a lotion should smell, not bogged down with artificial scents. It’s very neutral. The lotion's consistency is a little bit on the thicker side and certainly not runny. I was also concerned about it being very greasy, but luckily, with Boost, that’s not the case--this stuff absorbs quite nicely and leaves your skin silky smooth.

Boost comes in a tall bottle with a pump for dispensing the product. The bottle holds 12-ounces of lotion and is recyclable. The front of the bottle contains the product name, some general information about its purpose (complete care hand and body lotion) as well as the Evolution of Smooth logo. The back of the bottle includes more in-depth information, including a longer description, a list of ingredients, and directions ("Smooth on. Touch. Smile.")
