My husband and I both love these warming gel packs - they feel so great on our skin. As soon as the box got here, we tore it open. pulled the gel packs out, and I told my husband to place it on his neck. He loved it. He said the warm really helped him with his neck pain. He tends to sleep a little odd, and is forced to carry heavy items at his work.

They did feel a little bit too hot in the beginning for his neck, so before he placed the gel packs on his neck I had them - one in each pocket for my cold hands. Oh my goodness, did they feel good. They warmed up my hands quick, and made me wish I had them when I was in school to keep in my pockets and keep my hands warm.

I still need to use the gel packs with some massage oil - I can't wait for that. I'm sure it's going to feel amazing. since they already do by themselves.

The gel packs are very easy to use. All you do is bend the metal disk back and forth until the crystals start to form. The disks are a little bit hard to bend. so you will need to put some muscle into it. They heat up to 129 F.

The best thing about these gel packs is that they are reusable. I love that!!! Once the gel pack cools down, it's going to harden. Once that happens, you put some water to boil. Cover each gel pack in a towel and place them inside the boiling water for about 7 to 10 minutes, or until you no longer see the crystals.

I highly recommend these to anybody. I'm thinking about getting another set so my husband and I don't have to share.
