Great Sleep or Lounge Shirt
I would totally recommend that you pick up this shirt as a free gift while it lasts. It's probably a better choice (in my humblest of opinions) than the wipes, bag, or disposable vibrating cock ring they're currently offering. This shirt is soft and comfortable for sleeping in or putzing around the house. It's not the greatest quality, but you can't expect much from free!Published: November 28, 2011

Kind of flimsy looking
I received this shirt as a free gift with my order. I will just throw this out there: I would not be willing to pay $15 for this shirt... Or even $10, for that matter. However, I'm glad that I have it: being that it functions perfectly well as a shirt for lounging in. We can never have too many of those, right?
First off, a note about washing. There are no care instructions on the label...not much of a label to speak of, anyway. But washing a cotton T-shirt isn't exactly neurosurgery. I just machine wash it in cold water with other darks, and dry on low or medium heat. I've never had it shrink---which would be a travesty given the fit issue I describe a few paragraphs below.
So, the positives first. LOVE the design. It's colorful, almost has a "mod" look to it. The saying "I like things that go vroom" is a nice touch. EF would be hard pressed to come up with a better design for their t-shirt. It's also incredibly soft---which adds to the lounge shirt appeal. This has actually become my go-to shirt for sleeping in.
The problem? First and foremost, the fit of the shirt is awkward, to say the least. It's rather boxy and short, so that those who are even the slightest bit long in the torso might well find they have flesh poking out underneath. I did not have this problem myself, but it was a close call! The width of the shirt seemed to be true to size for an XL; it was just the length I noticed a problem with.
The second issue I have with this shirt is that the fabric, while being soft, is also thin/flimsy. It is borderline see-through, so if you do decide to wear it out in public you may want to wear a tank top underneath. This has never been an issue for me since on the rare occasion I wear it out, it's always under a hoodie jacket, which I leave zipped. That being said, it HAS held up well over a half-dozen + washings, so maybe it's not as flimsy as it looks.

Follow-up commentary

I'm still wearing this shirt around the house. Haven't ventured out with it yet--I don't think I have the guts for that. Even though it is cheap looking, it has held up nicely after several washings. There's no reason not to request one with your order. I might even get another one with a future order.

#AskEden - EF Shirt Sizes
-
I normally wear a medium or a large. I ordered this shirt in XL so that I could wear it lounging and for sleep. Its so small though. It came about a medium or a small. Im afraid to wash it and see it shrink
-
I have three of these - one large, and two XL. The large was a bit snug, but the XL are fine, and have held up to repeated washings well.
-
There were actually a couple different types of EF shirts. The XL and larger shirts were sized a little smaller than expected, but the L and smaller shirts were right on with their sizes.
There were quite a few forum posts on this.

Material?

Why does it seem like I received one shirt made out of a thinner and softer material than the other shirts I received? Has anyone else experienced this?

Quote: Why does it seem like I received one shirt made out of a thinner and softer material than the other shirts I received? Has anyone else experienced this?I have three of these now (all in the same size). Each one is a different material! The first was very thin, stretchy, and really a great shirt since it is sized so small. The second was a very thick material with no stretch to it at all! I cannot even get that one on, even though it should fit exactly like the first one I received. The third shirt is wearable, but again is thicker material than the first, at least this one has a bit more stretch to it than the second one!
I would wager a guess that they are ordering these made up using the "most cost effective" material available, which would account for the varied material (which ever one is cheaper to make that day).
I know that I was happy with the first one, so I ordered more to "modify" some of them as I had seen in a video here. As it stands now...I have one to hide in the closet, one to tuck away for "emergency t-shirt needs", and one I can actually wear and enjoy.
So long as they are offering these free with purchase, I may get a few more (they'll make good rags if nothing else), but I wouldn't spend the $15 asking price on them with the materials being so varied from order to order! -
Good to know, and I hope the one I'll get in my next order will be a soft material.

They just came out so I don't think anyone has had a chance to wear them out yet.
