Y-Style clamps with clit clamp - bondage toy by Spartacus - review by Tessa Taboo

I was in a kinky mood one day while on EF and came across these. I've never wanted to use them before, but something in a review caught my attention. It mentioned that the clit clamp intensifies vibrations, or whatever else is going on down there. So, I was sold.

Before I get into this, let me introduce myself. Hi. I'm Heather, and I occasionally get excited and bite off more than I can chew and attempt to take on more than I can handle. You'll see what I mean.

Being that I've never used any other clamps, I have nothing to compare them to. That being said, these are easy to figure out and the clamps are adjustable for customizable amounts of pain. One of the prompted questions in the extended review form asked if I tried to use them on other areas of my body. It honestly never occured to me to do that until I read that question. And... the first thing I thought of was my husband's ball sack. That sounds fun... I'll have to update after I attempt that one.

The chain and clamps are made of metal which seems to be very sturdy. The whole gadget is a lot heavier than I expected it to be. The clamps all have rubber tips on them, no doubt to help it 'grip' the area you are using it on. Each clamp has an adjustable screw that lets the clamp be open to about 1/2 inch, or be closed all the way, giving you a way to control the pressure from the clamp. WARNING: Mine came from the factory, set to the tightest setting. Which sucks ass if you don't have a huge pain tolerance equivalent to being able to do one of those hook-in-your-back suspension acts.

The technical things:
The nipple chains are about 16 inches.
The clit chain is about 18 inches.
It's easy to put on, take off and adjust.

I think that I have average sized nipples and they fit well. Very fucking well. OUCH well. So well that despite how excited I was to intensify everything going on below the belt with the clit clamp, I was terrified to try it after using the nipple clamps. My husband put them on me and it hurt. I tried to stick with it for a few minutes, hoping the endorphins would kick in. I thought about the fact that I gave birth to my son, at home with not even so much as a tylenol, and tried to suck it up. No go. I had to take them off. Usually, I'm not one for a whole lot of nipple play. It's not that they are sensitive, but I just don't get much out of it. But this was intense. Had I realized that they were on the tightest setting, I may have had a better first experience. But this just totally turned me off to them and I haven't made my peace enough to go back to them yet.

You can clean these off with water and soap (if you need it), but make sure to air dry them fully before storage so that they don't rust or anything like that. It would be a smart move to make sure that they aren't somewhere where lube could leak on them or anything like that as well.

That is what the front of the package looked like, and the back is where the rest of the chain was stored. It's not suitable for storage.

Despite my experience, I gave the product 4 stars because they are very well made and with proper care, should last for a long time. Someday I'll stop being such a wuss and try again.
