Intimate caress shave cream - shaving foam by Kama Sutra - review by winterseve

This shaving cream is fairly thin but useful and lives up to its name. It moisturizes well while you shave, but you will use quite a bit and reapply often to finish all of your shaving. The honeysuckle scent lulled me to a calm while I smoothed myself, running the razor over my delicate skin. Intimate Caress does not clog up my razor at all. Rinsing off the blades was easy and quick. The claim, however, that it helps with razor burn and irritation is only slightly true. It smells extremely good though. I love the soft scent that lingers only a while after rinsing. It blends well with almost all of my other shower gels and washes. The smell is feminine and not overpowering. The cream is also available in pomegranate and pineapple/coconut (pina colada). I didn't taste it for a change. Most flowery smelling things don't taste very pleasant, so I bow out of that little experiment. If it worked better for pubic hair shaving I would own all three scents.

The bottle is classy and simple. The plastic bottle and plastic style distribution is easy to use in the shower and won't rust. It's as easy as using a soap bottle. I have it among my other shower products and it fits in well. There is no obscene picture or writing on the bottle, so I'd feel comfortable taking this with me for travel to a home as a guest or to a hotel. It is not suggested for plane travel as it is not small and may leak under pressure.

The shaving cream is water based. It is hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. I can be quite sensitive to perfumes and shower gels, and this one was my good friend. No reaction!
