I don't feel like getting up!
These wipes are great for cleaning up yourself and wiping down your toys after use. They're pretty big, great fro sensitive skin, and will leave you feeling fresh and clean. They're not the most economical wipes on the market, but the packaging is cute, and they do a pretty good job.Published: August 6, 2011
Pros:
Sensitive skin formula, large wipes, hypoallergenic, smells nice.
Cons:
A bit expensive.
Use
You know those times when you just want to bask in your post-orgasmic bliss, but need to clean up your messy love? Are you having a quick romp and need to wash-up quickly? These wipes are a dream come true! They can be used to clean up lube and your own natural love juices without a trip to the bathroom. They're sensitive enough to use on sensitive skin, they're hypo-allergenic, and can be used to wipe down toys after use. The pack is small and convenient enough to be tucked away in a purse, glovebox, or anywhere else you'd need a little freshening up. Both men and women will love the convenience of these wipes! (They are for external use only.)
Ingredients
These wipes contain a few simple ingredients: water, chlorhexidine, glycerine, aloe extract, vitamin E, and tea tree oil. Chlorhexidine and tea tree oil are both antiseptics. Vitamine E and aloe will help to condition your skin. There's no alcohol in these, so they're not going to dry you out. There is also no added fragrance, so they're safe for sensitive skin, as well. They do have a bit of a clean and soapy smell from the ingredients. Because these are made of a sensitive skin formula, they shouldn't have any problem with a wide variety of materials.
Material
These are very reminiscent of baby wipes. They're about a 7 1/2" square that's big enough to clean up a moderate amount of mess. The wipes, which come 10 per package, are very moist, but not dripping. The material is soft and soothing, and pretty sturdy. These aren't going to tear to pieces when you try to use them. They're not flushable and need to be disposed of in a trash can. (They make a great wrapper for used condoms.)
Performance
These work really well for cleaning up your mess after you've gotten yourself some! I found that they left me feeling so fresh and so clean. I had a situation where I had about three times as much lube as I needed spill on me, but these cleaned it right up off my hand. They cleaned up a velvety toy really well, but left a slick residue on one of my smoother textured toys. Because these are so gentle, they don't often completely clean the lube off of toys, but they're just the thing to get you cleaned up.
These are also no replacement for actually washing toys. These can be used to wipe down toys after the fact, but will not get them clean. You will still need to wash them soap and water, but these can be a solution for you for getting them less messy after immediate use.
Value
There are only 10 wipes in the package. At 4.99, that's about .50 per wipe. They aren't the most economical choice out there, but they are effective. What I don't understand is why they're so expensive when they're basically an ad for EF.

Follow-up commentary
17 days after original review
These are the most convenient thing to have. I travel to my lover's house which is out of town at least once a week and make sure to have these with me each time. There's nothing I don't like about them. Sure, I wish they'd come in a bigger or more cost-effective package, but I'm happy with the small size because they fit easily into my bag.

Eden Wipes - FYI: date on back of package is made on date, NOT expiration date
-
I just received my first package of these, and was confused at first, at why they sent me wipes that expired in november. However, I looked for threads about this subject, and there already several that state this is the MANUFACTURE DATE. I just wanted to make it easier for everyone to see this information. Also, someone has stated they expire 3 years from the manufacture date. Please feel to verify this information as well.
-
I believe that is the info going around about these. I know there were alot of confused people at first, but I think we got it all figured out. Thank you for confirming it though.

Toy/Body wipes good for... lady parts?
-
I was just wondering if these wipes would be good for using on your lady parts as part of your after-fun-times clean up routine?
I'm trying to get better at cleaning myself up afterwards instead of just being lazy. Normally, I'll just get up and wipe with a tissue or toilet paper, but I feel like I could be doing more to clean up. -
I use the wipes down there quite frequently. I use them after play, when I'm on my period, and whenever I feel the need to. They're really handy.

Is this ok to use with fleshlight?
-
If I use this on a fleshlight, will it damage it or safe to use?
-
I am curious to this answer as well!
-
I don't have a fleshlight but, I've used this product on many types of toys with no issues. The only thing is that these are a bit expensive for just a few wipes and they are small.

Toy wipes vs. wet wipes
-
Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?
-
Quote: Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?I was asking about that in another thread here. See if there's any helpful information there. You might try comparing ingredients on some toy wipes vs. random wet wipes.
I don't have a definitive answer, though. -
Definitely depends on the toy, but I think general wet wipes are probably fine for toys that you clean with just soap and water. I used to buy wet wipes at the drug store that were "sensitive skin formula" or "hands and face" or something like that to try and reduce the amount of unsafe chemicals in them, and I'd always look at the ingredients list. But I've used general wet wipes on my hard plastic toys with no problems.

UNscented option?
-
I've been looking for a wipe like the Eden toy and body wipes--but I can't stand scents. Please produce an unscented version!
-
Unscented baby wipes? I hardly notice the scent on the eden wipes, though.
-
I agree with Elnoa, I hardly notice the scent at all unless I'm purposely trying to smell for it.

Larger pack?
-
I wonder if they will make them in a larger pack soon. The ten pack does not seem like it is enough.
-
I have noticed them in the free gift section.Personally, I would rather have the free shirt!

Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?

Quote: Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?Right now they don't, but if you mention it in the next 'Eden Should Carry...' thread I bet they'd listen! It's a good idea!

Thank you for viewing Eden toy and body wipes review page!

See and I always think about getting baby wipes from the store. They sell a huge pack at the dollar store. I'm wondering if these are worth beyond getting as a free gift or just go get the baby wipes.
Excellent review.
Great review! Thanks for listing the ingredients. I agree with Starkiller, I'm wondering if baby wipes would be a cheap alternative with similar effectiveness.
Great review, thanks for sharing it!
