I Shimmer Like Edward!
Great scented, moisturizing lotion. Has a beautiful shimmer that is great for evening out your skin tone. It does have a strong scent to it, so if scents bother you I would stay clear from this lotion. It doesn't feel greasy or messy in anyway.Published: January 2, 2011

Starting out I wasn't overly sure that I was going to like the Crazy Girl body shimmer. I read the reviews a few times before purchasing it, and there was nothing that really stood out to me in the reviews that made me say "Hey! I want to purchase that lotion!". But I took a shot in the dark and ordered some anyways.
First off my lotion came in a different bottle than the one pictured. It came in a clear squeeze bottle with purple writing on it. It is still a generous 8oz sized bottle. It came in the Plumeria scent. I had never, personally, had the chance to smell that type of scent before, so it kind of threw me off at first.
It is a nice thick lotion that has a really nice shimmer to it. I used it all over my body the first time using it, and had no problem venturing out into public with it on. It isn't a shimmer that will make people stop and go "whoa, what did she fall in a vat of glitter?" Its a really nice shimmer. The shimmer will linger on your skin for the day, its not something that will fade with time. One thing I did notice was that the shimmer did transfer to the clothing that I was wearing. I found that a little annoying because I wanted it on my skin, not on everything.
The scent of the lotion will fade as you go through the day. The scent will be come more tolerable. For me the plumeria scent was a little strong at first but by the end of the day it had faded to a nice floral, feminine scent.
It makes a great body moisturizer. I am very prone to dry skin and this lotion works great for a daily moisturizer. I even used it on my face. I had no problems with break outs or any type of rash that was caused by the lotion or the shimmer in the lotion.
The lotion it self won't leave your skin greasy or sticky in anyway, it sinks in really nicely. As far as the scent goes, if you are sensitive to scents I would stay clear of this lotion. It does have a very powerful floral scent to it.
As for the pheromones, I have no idea at how well they actually worked. I didn't see any type of change in attraction of the men around me or from my husband for that matter. But overall its a great moisturizing lotion, that will leave your skin soft and shimmery.

After a while of using Crazy Girl Body Shimmer lotion, I noticed my skin was becoming very dry to the point of peeling. I discontinued use of the lotion and the peeling and flaking went away, so I believe it was caused by the lotion.

why is it some items you can't add a comment to a prodcut? anyway just curious if this smells sexy and is it sticky on the skin? it says it has a flavor I thought this was just for lotion?

Oh no, sorry to hear about the peeling skin! Great review, too bad that you changed your mind! I think this would be more for a once-in-a-while use, more cosmetic than productive. I used to use similar products for the shimmer, but had to limit the amount of usages with them, because anything scented so strongly or leaving shimmer typically doesn't contain ingredients for every day use. That's too bad, though!
